The color page is actually confusing, i really thought that hand with the seal was from the guy but in the color page seems like is the dark girl but if you look to the hand compared to the white girl is clearly a manly hand lol

Most the Jojo's are high school age while their parts are going on and look quite a bit older.
Really? As the parts go on people seem to look more and more their age, like Fugo, and Narancia, and even Koichi.

There is a more detailed summary on 5ch. The seal is on Black Yui's arm/hand, the guy isn't really related to them.

Love that. Reminder Play Ball was Jump biggest spokon in 70s (with similar success to Haikyuu now) and deserves to be loved and re-discovered

Absolutely. It and Captain over in Monthly Shonen Jump were defining comics for sports in Jump, and i’d love to see them licensed, or an anime for this continuation!

It still saddens me that Play Ball is the only 2000s Jump anime (and one of few 2000s animes) with no subs. It would help to make people discover this but there are only 3 subbed episodes then the fansubs group dropped it.

Hopefully some baseball anime fans will fansub it in the future ;_;

Yeah, it's sad Play Ball is not dubbed. I'll be cool to watch it, looks like a good anime!

Looking forward to when the chapter comes out just solely because I'm so uncertain as to what it's actually about lol. I like the girl's designs, and the guy is ok, but I'll have to see what it looks like within the actual chapter. I'm still on the fence about Saiyuuki, so hopefully this next chapter won't take the series down a romantic love path, but instead tries to push the love of one's family

I really don't see The Last Saiyuuki going down the romance route, partly because I'm kind of adverse to that sort of thing, but also because adopting her as his sister seems kind of a roundabout way to set them up as a potential couple. I'm pretty sure the author was going for a familial/platonic sort of love.

Probably DST. Aren't we getting it the same time Jump goes up in Japan? Since Japan doesn't do DST it would be an hour later now for anyone who does.

Yeah, it's daylight savings time. It used to say new Act-Age and David-kun chapters were Sunday at 3pm (for me) and now it says 4pm

I hope so too, and I usually love romance stuff, but this is one time where I'm already completely against it.

Hmmm.... Kinda disappointed with this one. The concept was interesting on paper, but execution-wise, it feels pretty rote to me. I could try and give it a chance up till the 3rd chapter, but so far I'm not too impressed.

The first half of the Kamio Yui just felt kind of, bland. It wasn't really bad, but it wasn't really good either. The second half of the chapter was pretty good though, even if it was a little generic. I guess I'll stick with this one for a while, mainly because I like black-haired Kamio Yui quite a bit.

Saiyuki chapter 2 was really strong. The development is really strong so far, and I can't wait for the next chapter to come out. There was a little too much text for my liking though.

Why is it that I somehow have a feeling we're getting a timeskip in the next 2-3 chapters in Saiyuki? If I were in the author's position, I'd age up the characters until they were in middle school and then we'll get "Journey to the West" part come into play.
