But aren't they "sold" to the manga shops? Even if it's just copies in circulation?I mean, of course it's not 300k copies sold

Well, I never said we wouldn't use those numbers. >_>I think it’d be easier to just use Oricon/Shoseki numbers.
My bad I forgot the volumes of HxH have 10 chapters and not 9 which is what the other series in WSJ get most of the time.New volume of HxH gets announced the same time as return announcement so that is nothing to worry about.
Also Togashi almost always releases 10 chapters(exactly one volume) before going on hiatus not 9. The only time he released 9 chapters was in 2014 and that was because he suddenly got sick and had to return to hiatus early
Its alright! But yeah, I think it’d be better to compare SxF’s Oricon numbers to S8’s. Either way, I think it’s still a pretty high bar for a new manga, even if it’s written by Kishimoto.Well, I never said we wouldn't use those numbers. >_>
Oh wait, you mean you want to use them for SxF as well? I don't see any problem with that. I just took the tweet at face value because, I mean, why not?
They will be sold to manga shops, but not until 8/8 and 8/21, when second and third reprints will be out, hence all 300k copies will be out.But aren't they "sold" to the manga shops? Even if it's just copies in circulation?
Will that be within the first month? They will be sold to manga shops, but not until 8/8 and 8/21, when second and third reprints will be out, hence all 300k copies will be out.
Considering the first volume came out in July 4, no.Will that be within the first month?
The decision for making the 300k copies would be included in the first month? Yes, exactly on the 22nd day after volume's release. Second and third reprint will happen in its firth month? Nope, since volume was released on 7/4.Will that be within the first month?
Ah, okay. Well, we could change the poll to include the first and second volumes of both. But, I'm kinda uncertain if we should make it a month limit for both, specifically because of technicalities like this.Considering the first volume came out in July 4, no.
Technically no. Shops can send them back if they don't sell. Shueisha is still responsible for any stock that gets left over. But aren't they "sold" to the manga shops? Even if it's just copies in circulation?
I wish I could erase this from my mind.I'm talking about whatever this is:
Yeah, that was...I wish I could erase this from my mind.
Actually no, not once. Which is extremely odd, considering she is in the centre of the plot. "She is ''evil'' but also hard-working" (literally a line in the panel) is basically the only thing that can be said about her.Have to agree with Jovan regarding F-Ken, it felt massively below par to the standard Matsui set with his work. Hell, did the girl in it even get a name?
Is it similarly graphic?Looking at this BC spin-off and Asta, reminded me that OP's Chin Piece spin-off exist... Chin Chin no Chinko Pistol...
