They was originally vampire based on the concept oneshot for KnY (check Gotouge oneshot collection).
But in the series they aren't, the vampires that i and pamuchi are talking is the classic/traditional take on vampires, i think the latest popular vampire series on a Jump magazine is Owari no Seraph.

Sure they’re “Demons” on paper. But their traits are literally just all of the traits of a vampire. Muzan is basically Dracula.

They're demons with some similarities, but they're not vampires.
Indeed, but for me the only demon that really looks like a vampire is Douma, he really gave me that vibe.

Yeah, something like owari no seraph on wsj but with more darker vibes.

New question:

Whats the best Jump manga this year? I am just talking about the chapters that were published this year for each Manga in Jump. So not an all time ranking.

For me:

1. Kimetsu no Yaiba
2. Act Age
3. Chainsaw Man
4. Jujutsu Kaisen
5. One Piece
Kimetsu no Yaiba
The Promised Neverland
Jujutsu
Haikyuu
Black Clover

They're vampires in literally every way that matters. They have fangs, can't be exposed to sunlight and they can "turn" humans into one of their kind.
Sure they’re “Demons” on paper. But their traits are literally just all of the traits of a vampire. Muzan is basically Dracula.
They can have as much similarities on the surface but they're not vampires, the author doesn't call neither imply that they're vampires, is pretty well stated that they're "demons", you even have different kind of demons like the spider ones, that isn't a vampire it's a spider demon.

We're talking about the more classic/traditional take on vampires on shounen manga like Owari no Seraph for example or The Red Pledge one shot

With no order for me: Act-Age, WNL, Yunna, Black Clover and Chainsaw Man. Those are the ones that I always read first when they are out.

What the author calls them doesn't matter. Are the Shinigami/Soul Reapers in Bleach suddenly not ghosts/spirits/souls because Kubo calls them Shinigami/Soul Reapers?

I could drive my point home further by bringing up TPN, but that would be a spoiler so I'll refrain.

Believe it or not, classical vampires had the power to shapeshift into other creatures aside from just bats, so this isn't actually that much of a rebuttal.

Functionally, which is the crux of my entire argument. I'm not saying they're not demons in-series. Just that they're pretty much vampires in everything but name.

There's too many similarities.

Having said that, I understand your point about wanting more classical/traditional vampires, and that's totally fine.

Here's a question, within this current era, what was a series you'd thought would succeed but didn't, and a series you'd thought would get axed but instead joined the long-term roster?

KnY demons are pretty much vampires.
They even turn to dust when killed.

Do we really need vampires? I feel like the magazine is going to be too edgy with demon slayers/exorcist/CSM and now vampires. Not that those series are bad but we could a more light hearted series.

Kimetsu Vol 1 is estimated by Shoseki to have done about 28K in one month.

I feel like the Big 3 Era is both Jump at its most developmental and also at its most inconsistent. Lots of series went in very odd directions with no clear goal or meaning, but became successes that influenced later generations regardless. It's an interesting era to look at, at any rate.
Yo, what about the entirety of the 80s?
Dr. Slump, High School Kimengumi, Captain Tsubasa, Cat's Eye, Stop Hibari-kun, Fist of the North Star, Ginga Nagaerboshi Gin, Kimagure Orange Road, Dragon Ball, City Hunter, Sakigake Otokojuku, Saint Seiya, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Bastard, Jungle King Tar-chan, Rokudenashi Blues, Dragon Quest: Dai no Daiboken, and Video Girl Ai were and still are hugely influential for their respecive genres. Some arugably moreso than any of the Big 3 (I hate that made up term but for the sake of convenience in conversation) given their influence on the big 3 and onwards to this day and engaged in MUCH more experimentation.

I think I can agree with this to an extent. The only difference between them is how widely-accessed those eras were. So it doesn't feel like that era was as influential as it should be, save for Dragon Ball.
