Why are Act Age, Black Clover and Jujutsu so low. When they where so high last week

Because the ToC isn't a 1:1 comparison to how popular or how well a series is doing. Sometimes they put things higher or lower for promotion, or sometimes seemingly at random. Jujutsu is getting two color pages in a row the next two issues, so that goes to show you can't put too much stock in any one particular ToC placement.

Short answer? Don't ask, Jump just allocates the established series with the general pattern of putting the actively promoted stuff + One Piece around the top, and the actively failing stuff at the bottom. The only true matter of note is Mitama conspicuously leaving the bottom line where Yozakura and Samurai 8 are located, possibly indicating the series is possibly joining the established roster.

No, it's gonna be a sequel with next-gen kids. And Souma will have two kids from different moms, Erina and Hisako. Megumi pairs up with Asahi, and has one kid, while Isshiki decides to open up a Ryokan with Nene. Gaining 2 stars all the while he holds wild parties with regular customers and Nene kicking them out everytime.
