Considering all of this talk about demon slayer, do you think this era may usher in a renaissance for shonen jump. On top of demon slayer doing the impossible I feel this opens the door for new series potential. It is said by many that demon slayer has brought in more females and young children to jump after its serialization due to it’s popularity. Many people in Japan are extremely hyped about jujutsu kaisan and are kind of seeing it as shonen jump’s next big hit. While I’m not saying that jujutsu will even get half of demon slayers 2020 sales, one can think that this can cause more shonen jump series to break the 10 million mark that are not one piece. I can see this happening as the 3 2018 manga (chainsawman, jujutsu kaisan, and act age) can all bring in a set demographic. Jujutsu kaisan kind of bringing more shonen battle lovers (May even get to the point of having mass appeal) to jump with it being shonen jump’s new mainstream battle manga and keeping the demon slayer and one piece fans to keep reading jump. Act age brings in the more vanilla manga readers (not really into battle shonen and more into drama) people to jump with its more realistic and drama driven plot while also appealing to the core audience with it’s slight exaggerations. Finally chainsawman can pull in an older audience who likes seinen action series with chainsawman having more violent content, suspenseful storyline, dark humor, and more realistic art style. I may be reaching and this is probably an extremely bad take but lets be real there is a chance my prediction is correct.

Huh, interesting image all right. Jujutsu's CP's tend to lean into the horror side of the work, so seeing Akutami use an LCP to embrace a frantic pop art piece is def a change from the usual.
Someone knows what that "1" means?
The composition of the key visual is fine, but I have to point out how Itadori's design looks much better on the second image, I don't know if it's the scars under his eyes that are doing the trick or something else.

Just allow me to insert a little meme right here.
Now this is a good CP. Wasn't too big a fan of the cover, but seeing this color page even makes me (a non-reader) want to check out the series. Curious to see if Jujutsu's anime will have a big impact on its sales.
