Before the new batch hits, how would you all rank all Jump series you read rn in terms of current (not overall) enjoyment?
1. Act Age - One of my favourites in current jump. All arcs are good, the characters are all fenomenal. The writing is so good. I'm as invested in the current arc as I've been in all other. Pure excellency.
2. One Piece: As good as always, but it was really hard to be invested in these last weeks, even though there are good chapters, because of the constant weeks the series is in hiatus. I understand it's all caused by Covid situation, but it ended hurting a little my enjoyment. The waiting kills some of the hype.
3. Chainsawman - I didn't like it at the start but thanks god I kept reading it. It's easily one of the best series in current jump. The narrative is fenomenal, in writing and also in visual communication. I'll really miss it if it's really ending soon.
4. Mitama Secureity: I liked it from begging to end and I'll really miss it. It was so pure.
5. Jujutsu Kaisen - I really like the current arc, it has so many good moments and hype. The only thing that bugs me with the series is that it's narrative is a little fragmented, and I always forget whats happening or who some characters are. It's easier to binge read than read weekly.
6. Undead Unlucky: At each chapter I like it more and more. The battles are funny, the characters are good. I really like it and each arc is a delight to read.
7. Magu-chan: I'm loving it and I'm looking forward for what's to come!
8. Moriking: I really like Moriking. I love the characters, I love the wholesomeness of the series. Currently one of my favourite series. Just like Mitama, it's so pure.
9. Dr. Stone - I really like the current arc! I think Dr Stone has finally found its perfect balance in comedy, science moments and battle. The only arc I didn't enjoy was the one with a lot of battles. It's a very light and easy to read series.
10. Paradox Ghostwriter: I really like it. It's a shame it's so rushed now and feels like axe and got all this hate (that I'll never understand).
11. My Hero Academia: After the peak the series had with OFA X AFO, I think it never reached it again and since then the series has become very average to me. The current arc is cool but I can't feel invested by the characters or anything. The thing I enjoy the most in the series is the art.
12. Black Clover: I prefer Black Clover with short arcs. This one is looking like it will be longer than usual so I'm still divided. But enjoying it anyway, and the art is so good - but I don't see people talking about it like they do for MHA.
13. Mashle: I enjoy it a little but don't understand all the hype. It's average to me, I still think the series is finding it's own balance and getting there, but it didn't reach that point for me, yet. I'm liking it now that it's more battles than comedy.
14. Cop and Dolphin: It's very weird but I'm enjoying it. The art is good, and I'm curious with the story. It's a cool read.
15. Yozakura Family - I don't know. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't... For me, even though I enjoy reading it, it makes no difference in the magazine and I wouldn't miss it if it was axed. The series is so stagnant and goes nowhere. I can't feel invested with anything because everything, with the exception of Taiyo and Mutsumi, is underused.
16. Agravity Boys: Meh. It's not my kind of humour, the jokes don't land for me, the characters (excluding Chris) are all annoying. I read it purely because I like to read the magazine as a whole.
17. Bone Collection: I don't like it. Read purely because I like reading the magazine as a whole. The characters are annoying, it's not my kind of humour, the fanservice is annoying, the art is weak.
18. Ayakashi Triangle: Bleh. The art is good, even though it suffers of sameface syndrome for me.
19. Roboco: The series I currently dislike the most. Currently reading it by the same reason I explained already.
