Wow at Tesla Note. The anime trailer isn't anything amazing either. Real bold move for them

It looks like the anime didn't have much effect on To Eternity sales

EZ and Fumetsu have gotten basically no anime boost meanwhile Tokyo Revengers is blowing up although with a bit of Ametalk assistance

I think this was the ad that Hiro Mashima was talking about.

He will be working hand in hand with Square Enix in creating a new video role-playing game for mobile devices, Hiro is in charge of the character design and the configuration of the vision of the world.

Not surprise. They lose fans who followed them from last big series (sales keep declining since the beginning) if you couldn't keep old fans how do you expect to gain new fans

This probably isn't the announcement Mashima was teasing. Hopefully.

Mashima even replied to a Western meme on Twitter about how many projects he has, by saying "It's exactly like this, but I'm also playing Monster Hunter every day."

Hiro got his own DQ, dope designs. I’ll never get the hype when it comes to mobile games in Japan, my attention span is too short for them for even my favorite series but not my country (sadly). Hopefully other news is worthwhile too, anything other than heroes adaption tbh

Well with the budget they put on adaption I would say the boost was kinda underwhelming. Plus Soul Eater is old compare to Fairy Tail and Silent Voice which both peaked not long ago

Fumetsu is getting a boost though lol...in the recent Shoseki its getting a decent backlog and if it keeps it up it can go well tbh. I guess Fumetsu sales have dropped that hard but it should do better than the last volume. It's only been like 2 episodes.

EZ on the other hand isn't getting backlogs at all and pretty sure it didn't even trend once (not that it has to). The series does have a slow start so it may pickup later on. It's better if we wait to see how the next volume performs.

???

You talk as if these series are sequels from their last big hits lol...they're different so they don't have to keep old fans to do well. Also FF exists as mentioned and it did even better with season 2. The reality is that a lot of series in the magazine decline in sales and it could be for different reasons like not being promoted enough.

Hasn't it been promoted enough? But for EZ, some popular mangaka campaigned. something that for example I did not see for TR. or that Netflix before the premiere of the series. They announced that EZ would be available in October. for everyone. something that did not happen neither with KNY nor with JJK.

If you compare the advertising of tokyo revengers, edens zero and to your eternity EZ was always the darling of the magazine with covers and constant color pages. TR is just now having the same luck.

While TYE was the most forgotten of those mentioned in terms of publicity. The fact that TYE was trending in Japan, Spain and globally speaks that sooner or later the series will have a boost even if it is minimal.

While curiously the same does not happen with the spoiled EZ. TR seems to be on the right track so it should not have many problems.
