Discussion What characters do you think won’t appear again until the final arc?

Been starting to realize how there’s this idea being passed around how certain characters won’t appear again until the final arc. I even saw someone say they were surprised Law reappeared so soon, as if to suggest that Law would only appear again the last 10 chapters out of thinking that his overall importance had finished at Wano. That inclined me to ask you all of what characters you feel won’t reappear until the very end, and why you think so.

Unless he decides to break out of Impel Down and join up with Luffy again before the final arc starts, so as to have more people to fight alongside with.
