He is, i thought he was strong but nah, even the current super saian rei who is not at his prime would squash thousands of luslecs at the same time
??? On the contrary, it's implied that they are getting stronger. Traumerei just discovered that he can slash dimensions. Even Towerborn HRs don't truly "get rusty". Jinsung said they get even stronger with age.

i think rei rather forgot that he could slash the dimensions(its been at least tens of thousands of years) their body might get stronger but their skill does not get better rei is laying his ass off for thousands of years, he gave most of his memories and powers to his animas for thousands of years, even though he got most of it, leviathan still has rei's power i dont think rei is as strong as he was before considering he didnt get his power from leviathan.
Body might get stronger but the skills if anything they are most likely weaker,its been tens of thousands of years since they fought they are not as sharp as before.
