Oh hey, what was Basilisk like? I'd like to know if it's worth getting into.

Definitely worthwhile. Short, but sweet. Check out the Basilisk thread.

And as kadoman is a fan of Blade of the Immortal, he doesn't have a problem with seinen manga I'm sure :P

By the way, I'm on volume 25 of Berserk now. While the art's really good, there was a point in the series where I really got tired of all the brutal demon rape of women in it. It's kind of an unsettling story with some ugly moments. But other than that the story's gripping and it's definitely hardcore fantasy. This is strange but I think it really became better when traditional magic became more involved in the story, but that didn't happen until around volume 20. Oh well

Up to date with Naruto, Bleach, DeathNote, One Piece, D.Gray-Man ( apart from the latest 3 chapters )

Have read 666Satan up to chapter 26, as far as the Edited Mangas go ( like d.gray-man ) en i've read a lot of single chapters...
The first chapters of: Bobobobobobolotsofbo's ( boring, seems like japanese humor does not equal european/american humor at times... ), Tenjou Tenge ( wtf? seems like a lame excuse to draw soft-****** to me 0.0 ) and Blade of the Immortal ( better, a hero that actually gets cut up xD ), of which only BotI seemed interesting
Chapters 303-305 of Prince of Tennis... well... it's not my thing, but i cannot stop laughing when reading it, because cannot keep from wondering how the other 300 chapters would be interesting xD ( just my opinion, it looks kinda boring to me, but i know a lot of people like it, so there must be more to it... )
Two loose chapters of Eyeshield21 ... For a sports manga, it looks better then PoT, but still nothing that would get my interest, not my genre...

I just read H2 by Adachi Mitsuru.

Adachi is definitely one of the few mangaka to have reached the nigh unattainable "legendary" status. He's just got so many great works I can't even count them. My buddy Athanor from MangaDownloads is totally obsessed with Adachi's works.

Touch is the most popular one, and H2 is also a big hit. I've read almost every Adachi manga you can name as well, because they're just so refreshing and fun. Its a great way to pass the time.

Well I really like Katsu and Rough - both are completed series (scanlated) so you won't really have to wait for new Edited Mangas to come out. Touch is the most popular but my experience with it hasn't been too good - I can tell its a really great manga but the releases are very sporadic and unpredictable so I haven't been able to enjoy it 100%. Maybe if I re-read it from the beginning it'll be much better.

Cross Game is the manga he is currently working on, and it gets scanlated every week by my group (MangaDownloads). I'm not on the project though =P. So far its shaping up to be a very good manga and I really enjoy it.

H2 by Adachi Mitsuru is surely cool.
And I just began with Katsu (on shinwei's recommendation) and I must say that I also like this one.

GK, check it out - it's worth your time IMO!

Blade of the Immortal (maybe I didn't give this series much of a chance, but I can't bring myself to read any more)

Make sure GK doesn't read this , the best way to do that is to not quote it again

And i would suggest getting into DN again You will not believe what is going to happen around chapter 100-103, it's awesome

Nah, as I said I didn't give the manga much of a chance. I may have read two volumes. I downloaded and read them about five months ago, so I don't remember specifically. I just wasn't interested in it; I may pick it up, because it could turn out like Gantz. I didn't give that much of a chance to pick up in pace, but people recommended me doing so, and now I love it.
