The 4th Wall?
sorry but i don't think that we know for sure if shanks is searching for one piece or notNot all pirates want to become the Pirate King or find One Piece. I doubt Shanks is looking for One Piece since a) He is letting Luffy find it and b) It is not much of an adventure to find something you have already seen.
and i also disagree on what you said about shanks letting luffy to find it
he just encouraged luffy to follow his dream to become PK that's all....we don't know for sure if he will just stand there and simply watch luffy go for it ^_^..and it doesn't mean that if roger found one piece then his all crew was present
..if that were the case then buggy for sure would have owned it ,right?
Knowing how to get to One Piece and getting it are two completely different things. Which is why Buggy would have problems to get One Piece if he wanted to. Buggy and Shanks were on the trip with Roger that found One Piece so it is likely that they know what One Piece is. The reason why Shanks wouldn't want to find One Piece is because he already knows what it is. What is the point of finding a treasure that you already know all you can about it? To me it seems that Shank's dream is to usher in the new pirates to the new age.sorry but i don't think that we know for sure if shanks is searching for one piece or notand i also disagree on what you said about shanks letting luffy to find it

Lol then he could have just bought Luffy straight there.Though luffy wouldn't go.XD And about what Dragon said, maybe his base could be suited somewhere in the NW and somewhere that cant be found easily. It would be a funny twist if Vartigo is a codename for Raftel and that's where the revolutionary headquarters are located. It would be positioned exactly opposite to the world government's main base and unreachable to anyone who doesn't know how to get there, which would explain why the revolutionaries are so dangerous to the world government and why their base hasn't been found out yet. After all its the only place even the marines can't get to in the whole world. Also I remember dragon (repeatedly?) saying something about the time Luffy will run into him is getting closer when Luffy's goal has always been Raftel.
I do like the idea about it being up side down under reverse mountain though. I never thought of that before and think that's the kind of creative thing Oda would come up with. But if I go out of my way to make assumptions, I noticed how windy it looks in the scene where Ivan confronts dragon about his family, if that was on Vartigo it seems awfully windy just like when they showed a picture of Raftel when Crokus introduced it at reverse mountain.
Little Garden takes one year for the log pose to set properly. The Strawhats had to use an Eternal Pose to escape from there. Which is why I doubt the idea that to get to Raftel you must take every path.ive wondered this for quite awhile. i just gave up thinkin about it and left it up to it being a log pose thing. like one island takes several years to set or some ish...idk
. All in all It was a good read and indeed possible.

Hmm, the manga clearly states that there is another passage to Skypeia. In fact, it display a image of Skypeia with a "bridge" to the "blue sea".i would imagine that there isn't any citizens mainly because then it would show that it's not not that someone reached the island. i mean at first it was made that sky island was only legend yet after they finished that arc there had been more then one or two pirate crews there, and i think that's mainly because that it's not that hard to get there. so for Raftel, i believe that it's an uninhabited island but is like a paradise
