Well,you didn't only copy the windowlight,but also most of the shades,but nevermind that.I guess it's excusable,as the lightsource is quite clear in this one...

Anyways,i like how you did the moon and that you made the sky brighter with the light under the moon.

However i sorta dislike how saturated and colorful everything is.First of all,that "colorful theme" does not really match with the dangerous situation.I guess,though,that it could've been kinda powerful with that contrast,but here comes the oversaturated colorsheme.It doesn't really give me the night feeling,even with the support of the moon.
I like how you approached the Kyuubi by making it dominate the picture and have it glow on the village to kind of affect it.I think it's a bit too much,though.Not only isn't it Kyuubi's true color,but it's too saturated as well.

You put a lot of time into it and i had the same problem with the night feeling,so a lot of the work got lost,that's why i don't want to badmouth your coloring,it's just my opinion and taste.
