Re: the WoW thread

Heh oh well. We did do a few of the exploits to see how easy it would be with or without them.

Re: the WoW thread

The only thing I did to fuck up raids was in vanilla, when we were going to BWL or MC I and some rogue friends and a warlock always showed up one-two hours early to fuck up ally raids because we had later raid hours than them. They stun-locked and we went aoe'ing and all that. Was really fun.

And on my priest in bc I mind controlled allys down the cliff outside of blood furnace I think it was.

But after I got promoted in my guild I had to be strict and set a good example and all that so those fun things were a no-no on my server (Darksorrow) so I did all the mischief on Ghostlands instead...

Oh, and someone on Darksorrow, kited i think it was kazzak, anyway, the one that get's stronger the more he kills. And they kited him to Stormwind and he just keep killing everyone so he became like overpowered and they had to reset the srv. >.>

Re: the WoW thread

That one of them weird RP servers? I tried playing in an RP server once... I got tired of making useless macros...

Re: the WoW thread

No, one of them were PvP, the other Normal.

I made a black human priest called "Atheistpriest" or something like that on a RP srv. Got a 3day ban because the nick weren't rp and it was making fun of religion or something.
Didn't really like the RP servers, noone ever took a joke.. Though sometimes it was fun to rp inside an inn in Duskwood, or something. But only for 10mins.

Re: the WoW thread

RP servers weirded me out big time... Damn RP freaks...

I don't think you can get banned for blasphemous names... my DK was named Angelwitch, and I've never gotten blizz-lip for it. Then again, I used to play on a normal PvP server.

Re: the WoW thread

Yeah, well it had something with my name to do. I don't think people @ normal/pvp srvs care as much as they do @ rp

Re: the WoW thread

I may get back into WoW pretty soon. I use to play all the time since the launch, what, 5 years back? Went through all the 40 raids (cleared all but Sapph, and AQ40), then in BC went through all up to Sunwell, and in WTOLK...I stopped playing right before the last raid was released. I may come back soon though.

Anyone on Smolderthorn (US Server)? My characters name is Granakoneye (lvl80 orc resto shaman).

Re: the WoW thread

Ahhh, ok ok. Well I still haven't activated it (playing EVE at the moment), but I may find myself back sometime.

Re: the WoW thread

I used to play in Jubeithos, an Oceanic server; which in reality is mirrored from a US based server to Australia. Does that count? :rofl

Re: the WoW thread

Just wanted to know if there were any big difference attitude wise and "mature" wise.

That's all there is haha. Though I've played with quite a few Europeans and South American's on my (U.S.) server.

Re: the WoW thread

Hmmm...well that may be true. I can't say. My friend who played on both didn't say so, though I never asked. Some u.s. players can be really immature though -_-

Re: the WoW thread

No, wow ain't nothing with RTS. It's a pure mmorpg game.
The only "strategy"was how to fight the bosses, but that was nothing compared what it could be.
