One thing i'd like to comment on: there is no such thing as a "poor Hermie", it's just a fairytale. be careful around him, he isn't safe to hang around with if you're female. He has ulterior motives and you may not like them and most of all: all actions to annoy and/or irritate him are justified according the eleven commandments of God. ( Oh, and never believe Hermie if he says anything bad about me. ).

1.) I'll post them when I can start playing again, because I don't have any good ones at the moment. I have a broken ankle and I can't start playing again until the first week of September ^^ I have one that a newspaper photographer took of me at district tournament last season, but it'd have to be scanned and my scanner sucks.

2.) I actually have no clue. I think we started talking alot over in General Discussion, and we just kind of clicked, When I mentioned in the sports Thread that I love NFL (American Football), I think that sealed the deal ^^

3.) Hm. I love Kakashi. He's my favorite Naruto character, and possibly my favorite anime/manga character. I guess I wanted to express my love for him in the form of a screenname XD

4.) I tend to like manga better than anime, mostly because it's the original storyline, straight from the author. Anime tends to get severly edited and changed. Plus, I can carry manga with me anywhere ^^ I could put a volume of FMA in my purse and read whenever I want. What I do like about anime is that it's in color (which can make it less confusing) and it's animated.

5.) Nope XD I'm pretty oblivious to that kind of thing. Sometimes I can't even tell the gender of a character XD

6.) I plan on reading everything ^^ I'm working on FMA manga right now, then I'll move to Eyeshield 21, the D.Gray-Man and Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle. I just read whatever I find ^^

1.) Well, I usually go by LadyHatake or Lady (and in Rampage and Khal's cases, it's now Taki or Taki-chan). GK calls me Katy. I liked being called anything. ^^

Well, son, my favorite genre is RPG ^^ I love Final Fantasy VII and Xenosaga. I like adventure games too, though. The games I hate most are FPS's because I suck at them. I'm not very good at sports games, either.

I think he was referencing to the fact that he calls me Taki and there's a character by the same name in Soul Caliber

I'm a very good cook, actually ^^ My mom has been teaching me since I was little, and I guess I have a natural talent for it, though my mom is much better than I am.

My favorite thing to cook would have to be Terriyaki chicken or calamari. I buy the calamari in fresh, un-breaded rings and dip them in batter then deep fry them. I eat them with hommade marinara sauce, too ^^

I think a good cook could only be a good person. You can't cook well, if you haven't some qualities and think about who'll eat your dishes.

Try this on for size: (this is that cake I was talking about earlier)

Norweigan Caramel Almond Cake

Cake:
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs, room temperature
1 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup milk

In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. with mixer, in a seperate bowl beat eggs untill they are foamy, beat in sugar gradually, and beat the mixture until it is thick and pale. Beat in the butter, vanilla and milk, add the flour mixture from earlier, and beat the batter until it is just combined. Pour batter into a tube pan coated with cooking spray and bake the cake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees farenheit for 35-40 minutes. let the cake cool completely in the pan, then, flip the pan onto a plate and remove.

Topping:

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into bits
2/3 cup of sugar
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted

In a skillet, combine the cream and sugar, cook over moderate heat stirring, until the sugar is dissolved and stir in the butter. bring to a boil, stirring it occaisonally, until it is slightly thickened, then add the almonds.

Put the cake on a baking sheet, spoon the topping over it, put the cake in the oven for a minute or two, or until the almonds are golden. Then let cool a bit and eat!!

Yum. I think I'll make one of these tomorrow ^^
