Elfman only has his endurance as an advantage and even that it's not really proved to be that superior, once Minerva was able to endure a lot in his fight with Historia-Wahl.

Yes, she could. You're misunderstanding. The manga shows H-Wahl and H-Blooman on the floor knocked out. They didn't disappear suddenly when are trying to attack their foes, they were laying on the floor first. So we can assume that, at least, the Sabertooth duo was able to inflict an attack that knocked out their enemies. Minerva only said that she cannot guarantee if they defeated or they are disappearing because of the defeat of their summoner because she KNOWS that they are controlled by someone, so it's possible that the summoner defeat was the reason for it too.

Minerva is better than Elfman even if we are counting only corporal fight. He only got more physical strength, but she is very faster, good enough to kick H-Wahl, good enough to change blows with Erza and Kagura, etc.
Minerva still a partial demon, so a parcel of the upgrade in power that she received by turning into a demon still on her.
