I don't actually have a theory for this but after reading the latest chapter of TRC, it kind of made me think that it's possible....

It's kind of creepy when the girl said she couldn't eat the food that she had made...it's exactly like Watanuki...but I wonder why Doumeki doesn't enjoy the food that Watanuki's student made...

As for Doumeki not liking the food, I am sure it has something to do with what Yuuko said about the thing that was different between the way the student made the food and Watanuki. I am still trying to figure it out what it is. Do you have any ideas? Although it would be cute if it was love (Wata x Dou are such a cute CLAMP couple ), I don't think it is the case. My guess is that the reason has something to do with the student just doing it because she is about to get married.

Maybe it's about love that's lacking from the food...the student wanted to learn cooking because she's getting married...whenever Watanuki cooks, he always think of the people who's going to eat it, in my opinion. But the student doesn't really want to cook for anybody but she only wants to do it properly...I guess...

Watanuki is so funny, whenever Doumeki eats a lot, he complains and when Doumeki doesn't like the food, he's depressed...that's so cute

* But what if Watanuki and Sayoran ARE actually brothers? Or, like I have mentioned, their father's soul is trapped inside Watanuki's father?

* The lady who learns to cook has make the food taste like Kohane, Doumeki's own work or his grand-father's?

I am not sure how familiar you are with the latest chapters of TRC, but...

R!Syaoran's father has already been revealed to be Syaoran from CCS by R!Syaoran himself. C!Syaoran is just a clone as far as we know so far, and I highly doubt that CCS!Syaoran was somehow made into a clone of his son.

As for Eriol, it would be interesting if he were involved somehow, especially given the contents of the above spoiler.

I am not sure. Either it is a mistranslation (which is entirely possible), or she has not the Clow Reed that created the staff but only another dimension's Clow Reed. It seems more likely, though, that it may just be a mistranslation. I would suggest trying to find other translations of that chapter to compare. I would be interested in the results of your search.

"CCS" stands for Cardcaptor Sakura. CCS!Syaoran refers to the Syaoran whom we see in the Cardcaptor Sakura manga. As we already knew, there was a connection between Yuuko and the Sakura of Cardcaptor Sakura. That spoiler tells of a deeper connection.

I was reading both from the start, because these 2 mangas are actually telling one story. So if you read just one of them, you are reading just half a story.

I agree, but in order to understand xxxholic's ending...you have to read and understand the ending for TRC first...

but after reading chapter 201 of TRC, I wonder how Watanuki will react if he knew what he really is....

Folks,

Like some have already mentioned in the last ch discussion/prediction thread, the linkage between this ch & the TRC ch 201 has been more than a "hitsuzen". I look forward to seeing CLAMP to unfold the future/final break-thru of Watanuki/Sayoran.
