Chapter 181 raw is out, but I can't fathom anything out of it, rather than a very depressed and screaming Watanuki who is scared/frightened for what will happen to Yuuko and is extremely sad too. In fact...he's crying! We haven't seen that since...the time when he met that woman at the very beginning of the series?

Oh, dear. This is serious indeed. Someone scanlate/translate quickly please! I'm dying to know (hahah, black humor) what's going on.

It IS ahead of tsubasa. Because of the choice, whatever it is, time has moved forwards... Which kinda means that FWR's big plan is screwed. And Yuuko is going to die... Poor Wata!!

interesting chapter, at last we see the interaction between Yuko and Watanuki at Yuko's death. Very sad indeed, Yuko is touched by Watanuki's words definitely. However, like she said, she's not supposed to be here.

One more question, where the hell is black mokona? Perhaps Black Mokona transferred the clone Sakura and Syaoran to where the others are?

That chapter made me cry!! I think there will be a lot to come in the chapter to come!!!

I too want to know where KuroMokona has gone. Only Mokona has Watanuki's memories. I'm sure he needs his memories so he is able to do what he wishes to do.

Am I the only one who's going to be really annoyed if Yuuko dies? I love Yuuko, so I'm slightly biased, (quite, actually), but I just want to see Wata/the TRC crew just completely outdo the future that Yuuko/Clow foresaw. Screw all of this "We know what's going to happen" stuff >.> But I guess it's hitsuzen Such a heartbreaking chapter. Poor Watanuki

Now what was that stuff that Yuuko was wrapped in? Was that the Seal of Death? And, if Yuuko's here, we still need to wonder what happened to Mokona.

The news about yuuko is sad but theres nothing that can be done imo, like yuuko said she should of died long ago. The only way to stop this is to have the power to control space and time but as we see in TRC, that kind of power will destroy the balance of the universe. plus how does Yuuko feel about being saved, as a result of clows power her time was frozen and she felt responsible for everything FWR did, since it all started with clow trying to save her.

At one point, when he said he didn't care, I yelled out 'WATA-CHAN! Don't cry!'

Don't ask why I call him that, I just do.

You can definitley see that Syaoran and Watanuki are related. That one page where Watanuki looked so determined, it exactly mirrored Syaorans.

I will be extremley pissed at CLAMP should Yuuko die. GRRAH. I'm getting Wish flashbacks now...><

Although I really, really, REALLY don't want her to die, I've come to accept it... enough. I mean, she wasn't supposed to exist anyway. And poor Watanuki. D: I was in tearsss.
You really have to admire Yuuko though, to just come to terms with it and accept everything like that. =/

Yuuko is so amazing. After all of this. Poor Wata-chan.

No one will make it out of the story without hurt.

Even though I've accepted it, I cannot let go of that one little shred of hope that there is some chance.

I don't want to accept that just because Yuuko's not supposed to exist that she shouldn't. Wata's not supposed to exist, and that doesn't seem to be stopping him.

No, I see what you mean. If you accept it and then later, Yuuko does live, its like an amazing present that you weren't supposed to get.

Yuuko's different to wata though... She was born and lived normally, probably for quite a long time because of her magic and then she was supposed to die, but she didn't... And so she has lived her life, and well, it would really suck to live forever.
Not that I'm not sad for her... And Wata. But it doesn't feel like she's dying. It always sort of seemed like she wasn't quite linked to reality, I guess, and she wasn't, and now she's moving on from that state. It's not like the clones in tsubasa where they haven't lived their lives or had their story completed. Their end would (hopefully) be more happily ever after, but Yuuko's end is happy, but in a different way. She gets to end all of the destruction caused by FWR on her account, and, supposedly, be with Clow again in death.
I love Yuuko but I... It'd be a far worse ending for her if she had to live on for ages and ages because of her magic while watanuki and co, and everyone else she knows and cares about grow and have lives and etc, and she just stays the same ever, before, after a very long time, dying alone. At least this way Wata is there. And he's telling her how much he cares about her, and how she's had an impact on his life. So her continued existence wasn't meaningless.

Yeah. . . this is what's meant to happen for Yuuko but it absolutely sucks. The way everyone is forgetting that she exists is probably the worst part. I remember once reading a book (Circle of Magic by Tamora Pierce, probably The Fire In The Forging but I could be wrong) that everyone dies twice. Once when they physically die and again when they are forgotten.

What's happening to Yuuko really reminds me of this, yet what she has accomplished will never fade away. I know this might be a bit premature (but I still hope I'm right), but she's managed to save all the people who matter to her (and everything else too) and has done her best to bring them happiness. If they succeed in defeating FWR then she will, in a strange sort of way, have brought him salvation as well. She can be proud and so can we. The best thing we can do for Yuuko right now is to celebrate all that she has accomplished and respect her descision to move on.

Probably what I found saddest in that chapter was Watanuki. His intitial attempts to make himself feel better were really touching and his speech to Yuuko. . . well, at least there's one character in Clampdom who's putting my feelings into words. He's awesome.

Oh yea. The fact that everyone in holic world is forgetting her SUCKS. But as long as watanuki and co, and the tsubasa gang don't forget her... And we won't ever forget her. So in that sense, like tsubasaholic says, she does live on.

And where is Larg... Before we saw Yuuko again, we just assumed he was with her, but now... Larg doesn't have a habit of just disappearing off into the dream world like Yuuko does. Maybe he was involved with the Choice, and he is with Yuuko in tsubasa. But we haven't seen him, and where exactly would Yuuko hide him? Unless she can make him randomly materialize.

Just randomly, for my science homework I have decided to do a spin off of holitsuba. Involving Yuuko teaching a science class after Fai goes spaz, about the structure of DNA

It was almost inevitable that Yuko was dead with the Butterfly symbol of hers, that being a bigish thing in Japan with death.
