I bought volume 10 yesterday(ends with chapter 69) and what a hilarious and adorable volume that was!Danbo's comeback was great, but I guess my favourite part was the pencake massacre.

Nothing, but I follow the German releases, which are slightly slower than American ones.Still,it always takes a good while for new volumes to get published.I think volume 11 was released in Japan just recently.

This thread should be more active. The last two chapters (79 & 80) have been some of my favorite Yotsuba& chapters ever.

Damn, I'm not that far yet, as I'm following the German releases. Bought volume 11(ends with chapter 76) yesterday and while the first chapter was rather meh, the rest was awesome. Loved the adorable chapters concerning duralumin. The chapter were Yotsuba was totally depressed has to be one of my favourites. Poor girl...

Can't wait for the next volume. Especially because of your post Halcyon!

This is one of my favorite manga and I also would love for this thread to be more active, but for me personally, there isn't much to comment on except for "cute chapter" or "funny chapter". There just isn't much of a deep plot to dissect. That's not a bad thing though. But yeah, coming into the thread just to point out that one thing that was especially funny or cute doesn't exactly ignite a huge amount of discussion, so I usually don't bother.

So beside Yotsuba, who is your favorite character ?

I quite like Miura, despite being a tomboy she gets grossed out really easily!

[k-dom]

Yotsuba won Manga-new redaction tournament (finger in the nose :-). I'm happy because that means that the title has also gain recognition outside of Japan.

That was a really cute chapter. And I'm sure such things happened to every parent one day :-)
And this bird reminds me of the one which wanted to enter my grandfather home all day last week.
