wuh???? balut??? ah but some of my favorites are there... puchero (pork stew), sinigang (stew too but sour), palabok (fine noodles with lots of ground meat sauce. no not spaghetti, this one's just ground meat sauce)............. man my cheeks are getting puffy inside. menudo too, not really filipino but very popular here, i could eat these dishes forever and not get enuf.........

Doughnuts.. I just bought 50 dollars worth of doughnuts.. I'm an expert.. my favorite would be cake dougnuts though, one bakery in my town has thee most spectacular iced caked doughnuts i've ever tasted .. simply perfection .. additionally krispy creme is good depending on the doughnut
