i dont think 10 leaders of the 10 great families are irregulars they r just one who help him (his team)

No, the 10 great warriors come from outside the tower along with Zahard. We do not know the relation between them and Zahard. Look at it this way, at some point 11 persons came in the tower (Zahard + the 10 great warriors), they all climbed up and Zahard managed to become the king of the tower while the 10 other great warriors were given other things and founded the 10 great family, we suppose they were all friends to begin with since they all climbed together. Technically they're all irregulars (Zahard too) but since Zahard became the king of the tower and that they were with him, they're not considered irregulars anymore but more like the ones in charge of the tower along with the guardians.

Like syx mentionned on the post under yours, some people that were living in the tower like Grace Mirchea Luslec helped Zahards and the 10 warriors to climb the tower. The one who helped them are not irregulars.

The 10 Great Warriors (also known as the 10 Great Family Heads in modern Tower society) were the incredibly powerful warriors who entered The Tower with the Great King Zahard. They are all technically Irregulars, but they are not considered so. They are the founders and heads of the 10 Great Families, and as a result possess great political power and combat prowess. They are among the strongest Rankers in The Tower, a few of them being within the Top 10 High Rankers, and it's likely they're all within the Top 50 High Rankers.
It is worth noting that Zahard and the 10 Great Warriors were not alone in climbing The Tower. They had helpers including Grace Mircea Luslec and several Princesses.

IIrc, the 10 Great Warriors are all irregulars, since they entered the Tower with Zahard. People like Grace Mirchea Luslec, who helped the 10 Great Warriors while they were climbing the Tower, aren't irregulars.

Exactly but since they were like some of the founding members of the way the tower is now, they're not considered irregulars anymore since they're not bringing any chaos or anything and that they seem to follow Zahard who is the king.
