You specified that Cana can only take light from "anywhere on the planet", after saying she can take the whole power of the sun despite most of its light not reaching the planet.
The light of the stars in more often than not, greater than the sun, that is when distance isn't accounted for, which is what you are doing when you're saying she is taking the whole power of the sun. You are claiming that she's literally incalculably more powerful than even superman prime and Goku
I said that is something that she can do in places where the sunlight can't reach or doesn't touch on the planet, the distance of the celestial objects that produces the light is another thing, The amount of light in watts that reaches the earth from distant stars are significantly insignificant compared to the sun. I never said anything like that for Supes or Goku, stop going off topic.

Besides, even if it is less than what it is or an insignificant energy portion, FG would be considered weaker than Jura by that logic, considering that Ur, a candidate for a Wizard Saint is capable of tanking the energy of the moonlight.

Yeah, and earth happens to be a place that some starlight "can't reach or doesn't touch", so by you're logic Cana is Galaxy+ tier, stronger than Supes and Goku.

No, not "if it's an insignificant energy portion", it is, anyone with their head on straight knows that, but that aside, FG is above Jura because it had a higher MPF score, simple as that. As for Ur tanking moonlight, meaningless, like this entire argument. Putting aside the fact that she literally only tanked droplets of moonlight of a long period of time, the type of magic used is largely irrelevant to a spells power. What matters is how powerful the caster is and how powerful the spell is, whether it's a spell made of moonlight, gravity, ice or whatever, it doesn't really matter, science in the FTs magic system is almost entirely disregarded, eg Black Hole.

Starlight gives earth less energy than the sunlight can, and doing calcs, it would still be around Multi-Continent level.

No it is at that high level as there is no reason to assume that it is any less. It has a higher score because Jura cannot harness the energy of the sun moon and stars. No, Ur tanked the entirety of moonlight, and stated. Nothing contradicts a black hole, it was not physically interacted, it warps spacetime, and was described as an infinite gravity well.

But then you'd be arbitrarily limiting the amount of light FG uses, despite there being no statement in the manga saying that FG only uses the light given to earthland :gwah

If Jura was stronger Rumbling Mt Fuji would've hit harder than FG, regardless of the fact that it didn't use the light of the sun moon and stars.
Show a panel stating she tanked the entirety of moonlight.
The fact that it didn't even suck in any significant portion of the surrounding area shows how little science means to FT.

not really because the Sun is the exception as there is one, while thousands of Stars exist in all of the sky, not just the night. Since you are so obsessed with visuals, if by visually burden, Jura would be stronger since it did more damage, erupting the ground, while FG did not.

The statement uses all of it, and Ur took all of it for years without melting entirely.

It doesn't matter since it uses all the magic power of the moonlight, it even pollutes the human body, like radiation does, one of multiple examples throughout the series.

The fact we are even having this conversation hurts my soul. I shouldn't have to say this, but Fairy Glitter does not use the full power of the sun. Let alone the full power of all the stars. The vast majority of light that the sun produces doesn't even hit the earth. The vast majority of light that the sun produces doesn't even travel in the direction of the earth.

The light that Cana is able to absorb can't possibly be the all of the sunlight (and moon and starlight) that hits the earth either. When you absorb every photon of light in the area, everything becomes pitch black. The fact that the people could still see at night-time means that there was still enough moonlight and starlight that hit everyone's eyes for them to see. That's light that Cana didn't manage to absorb.

Moondrip is obviously a hax. Not only because moonlight is completely insignificant in real life. Literally just reflected sunlight. The earth reflects more light than the moon. Not only that, but the moon drip actually does zero damage. It just dispells magic.

It does, it doesn't specify a limited portion, just goes for the general, definite explanation. again, it does not matter as FG collects light from the sun anyway even when it does not reach the night side of the earth. that is depending on the amount of time the energy absorbed, which is vastly eclipsed by the amount of light that still reaches via more time that passes by. Moon Drip is not all hax as it would have been done right away, it still melts the ice light real light does, it just removes the unmeltable aspect from it.

If you absorbed all the light from the sun, there would be no light left over to hit everyone's eyes. So it didn't absorb all the light. It's really as simple as that. If Fairy Glitter truly absorbed all the light in the area, everything would go pitch black while she's casting the spell.

The light from the sun does reach the earth at night. That's what moonlight is. The moon doesn't generate any light on it's own. It's literally just the sunlight reflected off it's surface. Anyways, Fairy Glitter doesn't even absorb all the moonlight because there is enough light for everyone to see.

that is only for the W per second equivalent, which would then produce light still anyway from the sun moon and stars, it is just overtime gathering too.

Say what now? This is just a string of words....

Anyways, what I just said has nothing to do with watts per second. I'm literally just talking about how Cana couldn't possibly have absorbed all the light in her surroundings because there was still light bouncing off objects and into people's eyes. You know....so that they can see.

you do not know that the energy from the sun is measured in Watts/second? Your statement does because you claim that time is irrelevant and that when it absorbs the energy it just goes dark no matter what as it is still overtime gathering as the light is still being produced from their sources when the spell is launched. It does not matter because they can still see light from FG.

It's irrelevant. Watts per second is an unit. You can just as easily convert watts per second to any other unit. It has no connection with what I am saying here. The fact that you think saying a unit of measurement argues any sort of a point really tells us that you're just saying stuff for the sake of it.

I never said that time is irrelevant. I said that if Cana absorbed all the light from the sun then there would be no light left over for anyone to see, at least for the whole duration of when she is casting the spell. Therefore she didn't absorb all the light.

Tsk, tsk, now you're arbitrarily saying "the Sun is the exception as there is one", despite nothing in the manga saying this is the case? You just can't keep your made up rules in line can you?
FG destroyed the MPF, Mt Fuji didn't. It not destroying the ground liike Fuji is just further proof of how little science means

A few things, it says the moons magic, not the moons light. It's also didn't destroy Ur, she lives on in the ocean. There is also the villagers who took the power of the moon according to your image, villagers moon tier + :teehee. Finally, and i prob should've led with this, Ur was a big block of ice at the time lol.

it does because you claim that everything would go dark while it is a lot more complicated than you think, and you are just doing things just to vainly further the subject. There you go again, you are saying something that disregards who light works, she gathers the light yes, but that does not stop more light from being projected and it is overtime gathering, anything else is irrelevant.

Seven, It makes sense since sunlight does not project on the dark side of the planet or even underground, yet she gets it, so the Total Sun energy can be extracted and used. The manga generalizes it, making a definite statement with no specifications. Not according to your logic, Mt. Fuji did more damage than FG did by visuals, remember, Quality over Quantity. Magic of the moon is the same thing as moonlight as they extrapolate over and over in the arc, I never said it destroyed her, she is able to tank it for years, it is the island that utilizes moonlight, not the villagers, and not moon level, Ur was still alive as the Ice and was still active since then, so it qualifies as her stats.

And yet here you are making all these specifications :nah
If no specifications means FG uses all the light in Bluenote's "generalized" statement, then Cana is using the full light of the stars. You even conveniently built into your ridiculous argument here that she can take the light even if it doesn't reach her lol. You're claiming she's galaxy tier+, there's no way around it.

Who said that's my logic? I have never said greater visual damage equates to stronger spell, in fact I have pretty much exclusively argued the opposite. I said if science applies then black hole should've created more visual destruction, but it didn't so science don't mean jack, even less than visual destruction which also don't mean jack.
Not according to your image, it says human bodies taking the full power of the moon's magic, villagers moon tier+ lol. Oh and Ur didn't tank anything, the moon doesn't do damage, it doesn't even singe the grass on the island lol, my grandma could tank that level of nothing.

It's not complicated at all. If Cana is absorbing all the light that the sun and stars produce, then there would be no light left over to hit anyone else's eyes. Even if you say that Fairy Glitter would be the light source, that would only mean Fairy Glitter should be as bright as the sun....And that's not the case either. Also, people over the horizon of Cana's Fairy Glitter would experience blackouts. If Cana casted Fairy Glitter underground, such as when she was attacking Mavis' crystal, there would be total blackouts on the surface.

Sunlight does hit the dark side of the planet. In the form of moonlight, which is literally just reflected sunlight. Manga says nothing about Fairy Glitter being as powerful as the actual sun. Manga says that Fairy Glitter is as powerful as Fairy Law, and left it at that. That's my position too. Fairy Glitter is basically a single target Fairy Law for Cana. Is Fairy Law as powerful as the actual sun? Nope.

Cana's Fairy Glitter is better than Mt. Fuji because it scored higher on the MPF. Mt Fuji didn't have Jura break rock btw, because there was no rock to break. The GMG stadium had a sand floor, and the rocks you see were from the spell. If Jura actually blasted a hole in the foundation of the stadium, he would have did what Sting's roar did.

No, it is overtime absorption, that means there would be no black out plus there is more light produced after that. Again, overtime gathering, not total black outs which is temporary and miniscule amount of time. That is not the same as sunlight as moonlight is part of the category of what FG involves. It does, not in the way you are misinterpreting it, it gathers the energy of the light of the sun moon and stars. Fairy law is hax base as it targets those who the caster sees as their enemy, Jura did not have the energy of the sun moon and stars like FG had, that is why it wasn’t as strong, never said it did, just erupted

There is no specifications when it is a generalization, that is why it said the sun and not specificying the minor details that would say otherwise. Light of stars is insignificant compared to the sun, that is a more clear distinction. It is what it is, FG is Multi-Continent level. And we have seen no distinct contradictions for the BH. If you read correctly, it said at one point, not at the human body. Moonlight is literally energy, and energy is being transferred to melt the ice, so it is DC equivalent. That is because it is being focused on the ice. Get off your high horse

Except you've already made plenty of specifications, so that argument doesn't really hold water, does it?(the answer is no)
No, the light of the stars is as great, greater, and occasionally a little less great than that of the sun. Don't forget that according to you Cana takes light even when it doesn't reach her, to the point where she can take "the whole power of the sun" despite most of it's light shooting off far away from earth. So she can freely take the whole light of the stars. Stop claiming Cana is galaxy tier +, it's ridiculous.

I'll quote it back to you "when all the moons magic is concentrated at one point, it has the power to pollute the human body". That power affected the villages, villagers moon tier +, and so is my grandma apparently.
No, the moons magic doesn't melt things, it dispels magic, read your image.
And I don't think so, I belong on my very high horse looking down on you and your hilarious argument.
