There's rarely any romance in One Piece.

Nothing ever happened between Zoro and Tashigi, besides some sort of rivalry.

Hiyori seemed interested... but Zoro completely ignored her. So that's the end of it?

I feel Ace will take Zoro spot after fans seen his Flashback/Backstory lol. We might be changes or be Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro taking Top 3 given being most popular characters.

Of the 6 popularity polls there's been, Zoro has only been below 2nd place once, and that was to Law when 5th polls were released, during Dressrosa. So if Marineford or any previous arc couldn't bring Ace above him, I very much doubt an arc where he's even less prominent will do the trick. The only time I can realistically see Zoro falling beyond 2nd place is if/when Shanks becomes a character central to the plot like Law was from Punk Hazard onwards.

Who knows, we have wait and see, but not impossible giving fanbase love for certain characters outside of the Strawhats.

Zoro's probably gonna be top 2 just because of how he slashed the judge/executioner. That was a badass moment. Plus, he and Luffy before LUffy got wrecked were good scenes as well.

Feel like Law or Kidd will take his spot though given shine to them in this arc, but Zoro will be Top 10 though.

Don't underestimate fanbase as their popularities for other characters can be very strong.

I assume you're talking about someone overtaking Zoro, in which who do you think would and in what scenario? It's definitely possible as I mentioned Shanks as my example but it's still unlikely that Zoro's popularity is overtaken by many other characters.
