Zoro wins. We all saw zoro is actually proficient in his CoO (just like when he predicted batman attacks to kinemon wife before luffy did). And haki got gradually weaken over time so at some point katakuri would run out of haki in front of zoro fierce attacks

Sure Katakuri has a better defence than Zoro thanks to his CoO but as for attack nope, Zoro has him beat not to mention that Zoro has a level of CoA that is higher than Katakuri.

Katakuri in his fight with Luffy didnt show me anything that might help him put away Zoro and given that its always Zoro's thing to surpass himself and grow during fights im leaning towards Zoro a bit.
The fight will come down to whether Katakuri can land enough hit to put down Zoro or if he is durable enough to survive 1 of Zoro's moves.

Plus Katakuri hit you hard to the point Luffy felt pain in G4 status, so nothing says Zoro has any durability or stamina in G4 to keep up in surviving his hits for long.

Punches he was casually able to block but once they hit he went down like a sack of potatoes, his durability doesn't bode well if he comes against Zoro someone who ends his fights every time if he lands a clean hit

Pretty sure Attack Speed is still Katakuri given he could keep up with Snakeman and Zoro is by no means on speed level of Snakeman at all.

Not attack speed too as he was matching with Luffy's own attack speed especially in the climax clash of their biggest attacks. Idk how lethal since Apoo still stand from one of Zoro's best attacks. Katakuri got more lethal than Zoro if he can't take out Apoo who is under Katakuri's level.

Hurting stone is not really showing lethal when everyone can break stone. Don Chinjao's head can destroy mountains and split the ground to great levels, but didn't stop him being one-shot by Garp who we haven't seen yet his AP going to that level. Being lethal or showing AP doesn't make it o you beat someone who haven't shown that. Otherwise. Mihawk shouldn't have been stop by Jozu, Vista, and Crocodile if that was the case, but happen. Katakuri owns Zoro to overall stats, nothing Zoro has is better than him as he basically the guy 'Whatever you can do, I can do better' during his fight with Luffy.

Not downplay, it's reality of situation. Zoro haven't shown challenging fight to say he is on an good level. I don't try to overhype what he isn't on. It's being fair, if he can take on an credible opponent in a solo fight in the arc, then we can say where he stands more. I can't say anything right now on him.
