Summary and Preview
In the cultured Heian era (794-1185) there lived a young aristocratic girl nicknamed Chiko. She had a unique way of looking at the world, and it showed through in her quirky compositions. One day, one of her letters was lost in transit and ended up in the hands of a boy called Tooru. Though he knew nothing about the author except for her writing style, he responded to her letter.
