Summary and Preview

Terada Yuji is a writer who spends the majority of his time drinking or gambling and just being lazy. His loving wife, Machiko, works hard at the local store to keep the bills paid. No one in the town can see what Machiko sees in a man like Yuji, but, somehow, the couple makes it work.
