Summary and Preview
Devil 17 is a 6 volumes long manga series, based on the light novel of the same name. The story focuses on the highschool protagonist, who was born as a secret military project to create the ultimate "dictator", a superhuman leader who is perfect in every way. The manga is full of sex and violence, with little regards to moral.
