Summary and Preview
Tasuke Yashiro is the half human son of an animal god. He was born with the gift to talk to animals, but only if they wound him (such as a bite from a dog). His father wishes for him to take over his Veterinary Practice and help heal and counsel animals; however, Tasuke's goal is to be rich.
This changes the day he meets Misato and falls in love. To try to get closer to her, he adopts a dog she can no longer keep, but the dog has plans of his own to protect his master.
