Shirai Torajirou is also known as Byakko (White Tiger), a famous private negotiator. For a fee, he helps resolve problems in people's lives when they can't or won't go through official channels. He's an expert at reading people, and he deals with each case with a professional calm. He typically makes just one offer to settle with the wrongdoers, before he takes any action that will harm their careers.
