Summary and Preview
Funny as it may sound, Matoba Isamu is a police officer that dislikes carrying and using guns. Growing up in the US as a child but now living in Tokyo, he seems like a below average police officer that will never see any kind of action in his lifetime. However, Isamu’s true identity is a former professional assassin with more experience than anyone can imagine a young man like him would have. Able to predict incoming shots, dodge bullets, and never without a gun, Isamu was once the best of the best. When he uncovers a plot by a group of elite assassins just as talented as he is to overthrow Japan, Isamu has to start using firearms to kill people. [vyc]
