Summary and Preview

After a series of bombings, the Japanese police call in an expert to help solve the case. That expert is a twelve-year-old college graduate and genius with an IQ of 250, Hoshina Kyo. Kyo joins forces with a police officer of the same name, 25-year-old Kugayama Kyo, who is the dead weight of his department.
