Summary and Preview
Kooru and her parents are moving from Tokyo to a carefully restricted, mysterious island called Mugen. Lots of things are different in Mugen, from the language the people speak (luckily Kooru has a translating machine), to the copious amounts of natural wildlife. Kooru is an outsider in school, as well, as all of the other children were born on the island. Will Kooru be able to adapt to her new lifestyle on Mugen?
