Summary and Preview

Men other than the shogun are forbidden to be inside the concubine quarters, but there is an exception to this rule: a man undocumented in history, having supreme authority over the concubines. His name is Sumeragi Tenzen and he is in charge of choosing and preparing the concubines to have sex with the shogun. His role was established to ensure an heir to the Edo Bakufu Throne under the principle of "conquer sex to conquer politics" (note: sexual management used in this manga (seiji) sounds alike with politics in Japanese).
