Summary and Preview

"Puss in boots" is a feature film by Toei Doga (Toei Animation Studio) made in 1969, for which Hayao Miyazaki worked as a key animator. Miyazaki wrote a manga version of it for the serialization in a newspaper (credited as "by Toei Doga"). The story is based on Charles Perrault's book. Pero, the dandy cat, helps a boy defeat an Ogre and win the heart of a princess.
