This is the story of an ordinary office worker called Tadano. He's looked down upon by everyone, constantly fails at his work and is filled with jealousy towards his younger, more capable coworker Seyama. One day, he learns a way to supernaturally steal his abilities. Not content with Seyama's abilities, Tadano decides to make himself into the most powerful man ever!
