First of all thanks for doing this....I used to have all the volumes until the 21 (the one where DS is down in hell and is about to fight porno diano?); then i haven;t seen any new volume since then....almost 7 years have passed, and then i discovered the fanscan/Edited Manga; and all the lovely manga that i had in paper format (guyver, xenon, baoh, bastard, and so on).

Now my questions :

1) is anyone able to tell me why the numbers of the volumes are different? I left at 21, but i can see that the volume numbers are way above 80....and the story is so far like in the 9th or 10th volume of the edition that i had (italian version from a company that failed....don;t even remember the name, but they had nice removable covers).

2) why the last episode that i can find is the one with dai-amon in KS room, and then they skip directly to the episode where the last sigil breaks? where are the others in the middle?

3) is there a place where i can find all the volumes, in the same format, instead of having different formats, size and sites?

4) i would love to buy the english version made by viz, but i do not have space now for the volumes....is any company selling the volumes in pdf?

5) is there any side story that tells what happened 15 years before the current story? and what about the fight with ds vs demons and the juda's pains? seems that the original story skip this and making a big mess of the narrative line

my search continue but i have found this place that is pretty amazing!!!!

Whatever happen to Tia noto Yoko? after chap. 88 she pretty much got taken out. then later i se DS all sad and broken over her not being alive ne more. so im a bit confuse. it jump around so much and new characters keep popping in on it, I cant keep track any more. Apparently Hagiwara is going to release a book based on Gara's adventures. Also volume 27 is going to be released on March 19 in Japan.

Unfortunately there's no new chapter featured in the next Ultra Jump issue . Still I have hopes that Hagiwara might resume working on the main story, especially now that volume 27 is going to get released.

I'm still a LITTLE new to the forums so I don't know if there are any other BASTARD!! threads to post this on but I need some help understanding what's going on xD

I'm on volume 16 of BASTARD!! and there's so much shit going on at the same time that I'm just getting mind fucked. Can someone please my questions

I'll mark them as spoiler just in case someone comes in here just starting the series.

Question 1 - What exactly is Dark Schneider ? Is he a Human, Angel, Devil, what exactly? and why does he survive through so much stuff?

Question 2 - The Angels can only be in the material plane/earth when they take over the body of something with enough power, right? So if one Angel took over Athrasax where all the rest of these Angels coming from?

Question 3 - Where did the Dragon that fought Anthrasax 400 years ago come from/what's the relation between Dark Schneider and Prince Lars.

Question 4 - Why did Lars turn in to a dragon after his fight with Dark Schneider ? I think this was explained, but not clearly enough.

I'm pretty sure I have more questions but I forgot some of them >.<

2. nono. angels don't need to possess anything to enter the material plane. Anthrasax wasn't possessed by an angel, anthrasax WAS an angel all along, masquerading as an eldritch abomination
3. again, what the dragonknight is will be answered later on. As for the relationship between lars and DS...there is none, actually. Lars was somehow able to bond with the dragonknight to defeat DS because he's part dragon

I have another question though xD So what are the exact prerequisites for an angel to enter to the material plane ? Also, after Lucien used his powers and revealed he's lucifer, he had to go back to hell. My question is, what was he before this then, just a normal human?

I know, I'm already up to date. The scans you sent me are the bad quality, non redrawn ones. Like I said, in the link I provided, chaps 135-138 are completely redrawn and they have a lot of new added pages, along with also having chapter 139. Download it for yourself and you will see what I mean.
