All of them are evolving and the match that was held was a disaster, but it's necessary to them to test what they learned. XD
I see a incredibly team taking form, I hope that they master all of their new skills any time soon, probably in the ending of the training camp with a incredible match. Looking forward for that. However, Tsukishima is not in the mood to train and evolve apparently, I'm curious to see what will happen to him now with this encounter. Probably he will improve his blocks.

Even annoyed Tsuki looks amazing. I think the best part is definitely seeing Tsuki get annoyed from someone else considering how he treats Kageyama, at least its funny in that regard, but he still makes some funny lines and comments. Need more of the Tsuki Kuroo thing to happen. Otherwise great direction...wonder what event will happen to make Tsuki get more into volleyball.

Chapter 86

Interesting development. To think that Tsukishima had a secret past. Probably something happened between his brother and the small giant, his brother couldn't surpass the small giant and suffered because of this. Now seeing Hinata remembers him about this.
Tsukishima can become a great blocker with his height, but because of this story he doesn't put effort enough in the club. Looking forward for the next and if Tsukishima will solve this problem with his past.

I guess it explains a little his behaviour but I hope he will keep a little of his attitude. That is what makes his character interesting too.
This chapter was also interesting on showing the sense of companionship between the different teams. Since it is not a competition, they have no problem in helping each others. It's also good to see that Karasuno is not having a power up immediately but has to struggle to make his progress working.

It would be great if Kouki could use Yoshino's voice, Zetsuen is a masterpiece and his work on that is awesome! I would prefer Nishinoya's voice more like Daichi's from Devil Survivor 2 (it's very similar to Murasame's voice, but i think it's better).

For Tobio's voice, i would like more Tsugumu's from Nagi no Asakura than Harutora's from Tokyo Ravens...

Kid Tsukki with the same personality and the knight in shining armor for Yamaguchi, this arc is delivering excellent moments for Tsukki. Was hoping it wouldnt make Hinata out to be the one to help develop Tsukki, which thankfully he didn't go that route. Yamaguchi having a key role is what has been needed so to come this point is really good.

It was a surprise to see Hinata saying that about Tsukishima, he is always ready to help other people, but apparently he knows who has will to change or not. Hinata seems clumsy, but he is very smart sometimes. I don't know how Yamaguchi will help Tsukishima to get fired up with Volleyball again, I don't if Yamaguchi know Tsukishima that much to help... Well, let's see what will happen.

Asashi was awesome with that aura, Hinata couldn't catch that ball at all with that. XD

Tsukishima's brother situation was even worse than I thought. XD
I think that he was rivaling with the Small Giant, but it was far of this. Tsukishima disbelief was because his brother lie, really, Tsukishima would have much more pride for him if he were told the truth. Even if you are not a regular, you're working hard to make it possible, there is no reason to get ashamed. That's what I think.

I thought that it would be harder to make Tsukishima move and train, but I think Yamaguchi's words have more power because he knows everything that happened.

While I thought it would be harder to move Tsukishima as well -
Looks to me all this while, Tsukishima actually has a temperament more like a forthright normal high school, and tried to look cool (<- a common teenage boy trait lol) but just ended up pretending to be what he isn't. Now we know he loves Volleyball, and probably just scared inside that he isn't talented and will get himself into a world of hurt like his brother did.

Thinking back it was actually not so much as a surprise.
-First match against Hinata and Kageyama - tried to look level-headed, then just get agitated and yelled that he won't lose to Hinata over and over again on the same trick....
-Kageyama's talk with him after Suga-san's substitue episodes - talks defiance, then quickly gave his sincere feedback if Kageyama just so much as bothered to keep his cool and talk to him like a equal teammate.
-Tried not to care about get prospect of practicing against the most powerful Spiker Tokyo has to offer............. then promptly gets affected at Kuroo's first taunt XD


Kudos to Yamaguchi. When we first read him in chpt 5 as Tsukki's boasty sidekick I'm sure no one guessed he'll have such a great sportman's mind and actually presevere so much.
