Characters don't really die in Shonen manga. At some-point they're always brought back...
Looking at past trends, Narudo. Op is setting up the scenario for Ace to be revived with the return of mera mera no mi.
In Breach's case... Uno will be shown to be alive at some point as well.

Characters don't really die in Shonen manga. At some-point they're always brought back...
Looking at past trends, Narudo. Op is setting up the scenario for Ace to be revived with the return of mera mera no mi.
In Breach's case... Uno will be shown to be alive at some point as well.

Maybe Unohana could be brought back, but I doubt it. The same goes for Yamamoto.
And no, Ace is not being revived in the series Charlie. That doesn't happen in One Piece. It was difficult enough to see a huge character like him die in the series, just to be returned a few arcs later? The fruit will most likely go to Sabo and he'll carry on Ace's legacy with it, but I don't see anyone coming back from the dead. There's only the yomi yomi no mi fruit and Brook has that.

Well that is still different. Ace won't be survived but his legacy will live on and I also doubt Shinigami can be survived.

Just seems too obvious of a shonen plot for me. Who knows maybe Oda will pull off something original.

I kinda disagree in regards to Ace. Wether it will be Sabo or Ruffy, one of these guy's will manage to spread the mera mera no mi over Aces bones and he will revive.

I even thought up something even more wild. Check this out, in addition to what I mentioned before... Marco and his phoenix powers in combination with the mera mera no mi to use as a catalyst for Ace's revival. Dudes, Oda will pull a fast one, this may so happen. (Being serious here)

From what we've seen, Marco's ability only within himself to allow him to "rise from ashes" as the phoenix that he is, so I don't think it's a power that can be transferred or used to influence another's life. Ace will most definitely not be coming back to live, otherwise his life and importance to Luffy's subsequent growth is lost. Not to mention the volumes with his flashback and also Sabo would seem less important.
