The problem I see with this current round is that all series, as far as know, are action series, battle shounens, they end up killing each other disputing the few votes that remains from One Piece, Boku no Hero Academia, the stongest ones, Toriko and so forth. Besides this, the magazine is full. So, I don't see more than one making success. Two is already a crazy dream in my opinion.

I highly doubt Toriko is cannibalizing votes from the new series. Narutos absence has left a ton of potential votes out there, which BLack Clover and World Trigger are clearly accessing.

Agreed. The color pages are very well done. I really like digitally done coloring when it's something like this.
But those pretty MCs are too pretty, if you ask me.

Toriko is weaker, but not dead, it was in second in issue 16. Boku no Hero Academia was already a success before Naruto ending, but I'm sure that it absorbed a considerable amount of votes from Naruto, every action series absorbed to say the truth, or even series that are not action. It is not because an action series ended, that you will necessarily vote in another action series to fill the gap. Black Cover we have to see, it is only supposition of your part, but World Trigger has been worser than before, so I don't see your point.

I don't see why more than 1 series can be a success. 5 years ago Jump had like 8 action series that did well and the only ones that do great now are One Piece and BnHA. Bleach is a bottom dweller, World Trigger looks like it's heading that way and Toriko is inconsistent so that paves the way for some of the newbies.

World Trigger volume 9 - 211,593 for 28 days
World Trigger volume 10 - 229,063 for 19 days
Big boost from the anime. I think that the next 2-3 volume will be the best selling of the manga. If the game that is coming is made well the manga can get even more popular . World Trigger have a great idea for a game that is not a Streeth Fighter clone like the rest jump games. But we shall see.

Well, I'm not surprised that Kagamigami is in 5th... Hype for a famous mangaká because the story sucks in my opinion...

But the REAL THING HERE IS.... Omg, Black Clover right after Boku no Hero Academia and ABOVE Ansatsu Kyoushitsu?

I don't get what you mean with doing worse than before? If I count this list right, then WT is again in 9th place just like the last two weeks where it was in the "bottom five". And given what Big said WT had done worse last year with its overal rank than rank 9. Granted, this year "just started" but I don't see much basis to confirm that WT is doing worse than before.

In my opinion elementary school just didn't fit for this genre, middle or high school would have been a greater fit for it. But whatever, it probably will end together with Ageha next time they axe some series. Or it could just barely survive if they axe only Ageha if Ageha is doing worse the coming months.

Agreed, I like the militaristic setting of WT with WT having its agents/soldiers defending earth/a gateway to earth. Sometime in the future when they got the power and equipment they will invade other neighbor worlds on their own as they gotta get back the kidnapped humans. With the rank wars WT could have MOBA types of games with teams fighting each other on different kinds of maps unlike the usual 1-1 fights or 1 hero versus lots of minions and then bossfight games Jump mangas usually create. Still hope for a strategy game of WT in a styple similar to Xcom but strategy games don't seem popular in japan so I doubt that gonna ever happen.

It has been below all action series most of the time, many of them even below Bleach, which is the rock bottom for any action series. He said that World Trigger has been absorbing Naruto votes and I said that I doubt, it has been the same or worse since Naruto ended.
First ranked series is already above it, this 9th you talk so much about can become a 13th in no time.

The first chapter is easy, the challenge begins in the second.
Gakkyu Houtei was in 6th in the first chapter and in the second it was in the bottom. Moderation is needed, principally when it comes to Jump. It seems that you guys forgot everything that happened in Jump in the last years just because of this round.
