well, lets see...
Natsu VS Gray - well i think that Natsu is a bit stronger, then he`ll win
Lucy VS Loke - Loke will not fight seriously against her, then... Lucy win.
Erza VS Gajeel - Erza is a lot stronger, then... Erza win.
Laxus VS Gildarts - Gildarts will kick Laxus` ass in oneshut, so, well... Gildarts.
Mystogun VS Lily - eh... seriously? Lily won`t do even some damage to him. Mystogun win.

The Civil War comparison looks so epic hehe, one by one team Natsu would surely win, however Erza + Gray in one team looks amazing and not to be taken lightly

So far as power ranking goes, Natsu > Gray, Lucy > Loke, Erza >= Gajeel, Laxus > Gildarts, Jellal > Lily.

I suspect its power will be less than half but might be more than what Gajeel can handle I guess
