Personally I like Natsu more than Gray, but I like Gray a lot too. Same for Laxus/Jellal, I like Laxus more but don't hate Jellal at all. Erza/Mira etc.

So I can't pick a team if that means I have to dislike the other.

I was a gray fan too but when i joined the community and the discussions i find that the majority of gray fans hate Natsu because he is the MC and they wanted him to take everything from Natsu you know what i mean. So i really hate him so much now because of the unstoppable hate from them towards Natsu.
I remember that first post at x Forum when i admired Natsu character i found many gray fans attacking me because of that. I really hate his scurrilous fanbase.
That being said, Juvia is the only thing left that makes me stand this character.

Welcome @Crescent_jinxgrace. Just some tips on surviving the FT section:

1. Don't openly state your bias for your favorite character without having the ammo to back it up. It can get very savage at times if you don't.
2. Don't bash Gray or Erza. Their fans will come out the cut and devour you.
3. Everyone loves Mira. Even if you don't just act like you do.
4. Everyone hates Neinhart. Even if you don't just act like you do.
5. Try not to get triggered off people's opinions. Everyone reads FT a different way so it's a polarizing fandom.
6. Don't get in the arguments with wild bias fanboys/fangirls/shippers. RIP.
7. Prepare yourself for the like-fest. For example, I can say "Kagura has the best ass in FT" and I would get 10 likes from the jump.
8. Not allowed to trash Natsu. He's the best character in the manga so if anyone tells you differently they're lying.
9. Never forget Harmabe got killed in the summer before he went off to college.
10. Trump will destroy my country.
11. Warriors blew a 3-1 lead.

Besides that have a good time, best section lowkey.

I think i like Natsu and Gray equally.

Fun fact: the first time i got introduced to FT, it was an episode of Galuna arc. I was watching that for the first time and saw Gray's memories, Gray talking and challenging the ennemy ("the Zero guy")... And Natsu being frozen inside an ice ball and thrown away by Gray.
So at the time i thought that the shining main character of the series was Gray, and that Natsu was nothing more than a random guy that happened to be right there and got kicked outta here.
Then when he came back to face the Zero guy, i thought "what the hell, is this dude trying to steal Gray's spotlight or something"

Ugh... FTB.. I don't like the Subreddit much either. My favourite place to discuss Fairy Tail and any other manga is here on MH tbh. This year has seen a pick up in site activity again thanks to this forum

I haven't been posting in this forum much lately because honestly, I haven't been inspired enough to post much about each chapter. Hopefully things pick up again soon so I can make some decent predictions and contributions :]

Think people go were there is activity and everyone kinda eventually flocks to MH.

I got like that to about posting less on the other sites. I use to do these huge crazy essay theories on MAL. Then switched to reddit. Then base. But I kinda got disgusted with fandom, busy with RL, and also was less into the story around chapter 500.
