I hate to say it, but now that I've completed the Alola Pokedex I'm feeling pretty bored with Sun and Moon which is a shame. I don't feel like replaying it either which is a shame, I might've done if there was more structure in the form of gyms instead of trials, but I don't really want to go through that again.

It's not that difficult really.
All you need are the following materials: a Destiny Bond and an Everstone.
The Destiny Bond makes a Pokèmon inherit 5 random IVs (individual Values) from both of its parents.
Needless to say, the way these IVs are distributed is random.
The Everstone makes a Pokèmon inherit the nature of one of its parents.
Long story short, you need to give Destiny Bond to a parent with good IVs and an Everstone to the other one with the nature that you prefer.
It takes some time, but you'll get rewarded soon for your work!

P.S: If you still need help, don't hold back and ask me whatever you want.

Are you organizing your boxes by breeding groups, or do you know everything by heart now? Or is it easier to breed a perfect IV ditto and let it hold the destiny knot? (which i apparently need to pickup or buy for 48bp first duh)

Dittos can't be bred, unfortunately.


But yeah, I do feel bored after playing through S/M. I wish I could restart it, but I want to transfer my stuffs into Pokebank for that to happen.

Let's say both!
If you want to find a decent Ditto for breeding, you should go on Mount Hokulani and chain with the S.O.S Battles.
It's the only way to get a legit Ditto with high IVs.

Unfortunately it takes time...but 30-40 Pokèmon should do to get one with at least 3-4 IVs.

Any tips on how to train Pkms to Lv100? Or is it even good for something else than hyper training? So far I stop at 50, which is good enough for tree.

Well, if you want to use some bottle Caps on your Pokèmon then Lv.100 is mandatory...
As for places where to train, I believe that Poni coast it's a good place to train, at least until Lv.60, after that the only thing to do is facing the E4 over and over again...
Alternatively you can visit the Battle Buffet every day or facing Morimoto in battle...

Pokebank allows you to transfer Pokemon from previous games to the current one. In this case, you can transfer Pokemon from X/Y/OR/AS (Gen 6) and R/B/Y to S/M (but you can't transfer Pokemon from S/M to the previous games).
It costs $5 USD to have access to Pokebank for an entire year.
