Well yeah, i'm one of these silly people that voted Dimaria above Larcade. Come at me!

Let me explain before i get shower by... By i dont know what.
Imo Larcade is fucking lame. His main hax sucked. Sex hax is resisted by virgins, and inflicting pain upon youself. Hunger hax was the lamest of the three since it was resisted by an Exceed, and Sting could eventually overcome his hunger by eating Rogue's very little remaining magic. RIP is alright i guess, though it didn't appear to be instanteneous, and is countered by increasing your senses. Not a lot of people can counter it i guess.
On the other hand, Age Seal is only countered by a mage that can manipulate time; otherwise you're just dead.
Though Age Seal has been resisted by END - it remains to be proven if END is just resisting AS because he's END, or if it's a matter of power. I believe it is the latter, just like Brandish's Mass Manipulation is resisted when there's a huge difference in power. Larcade's hax didn't seem to be resisted by superior power, as Irene and eve Zeref were affected.

In terms of hax i'd say they are equally deadly and scary. So let's look everything else... And imho Dimaria takes it. Their durability may be equal, but in terms of raw power Chronos is superior. That's only my opinion though.

To summarize, they are both deadly with their hax but suck without them. Dimaria without Age Seal just happens to suck less than Larcade without his hax.


I do agree that Larcade is portrayed as superior and i'll be entirely fine with Dimaria coming out before Larcade. But just like Irene and August are portrayed as equals, i'd never put Irene above August since she turned out to be a massive disappointment. Larcade being portrayed as stronger than Dimaria just made him look more disappointing then her. That's basically it really: she left me a better impressive especially without her main hax. Larcade with his hax countered is shit (edit: shit when taking the "top 3 spriggan, trump card for acno" into consideration - not saying beating Kagura and being defeated by WSD Sting is bad by any means).

I'm with ya on Larcade's sex magic being just dumb. I gave Larcade a relatively low score compared to Dimaria. Larcade was a major disappointment in the fact that he moved like an inch by the end of the entire battle.

He just waved around some weird hand motions and expected the battle to do the work for him.

His Speech to Movement Ratio was like a 9:1. His mouth did a lot more work in that fight compared to the rest of his body. I would have preferred it if he at least got defeated in another spot than he originally appeared from.

DiMaria deserves third spot. Feats dictate she'd oneshot the heck out of Larcade.

Age Seal trumps anything in Larcade's arsenal. Her Chronos form trashes him in stats. Larcade's hype is nothing. You need feats to back up hype, and getting your butt whooped by Base Sting then Sting with a little bit of power from Rogue's magic is not living up to it. DiMaria literally needed a time mage or a demon who was made to kill a freaking immortal cursed by a God to come break through her magic. What did Larcade need? Oh just the run of the mill mages to come beat him. Feat wise DiMaria trumps him in every category.

QUEEN. Dimaria slaying at #4 with an average that is way above the previous elimination is fantastic. Justice, once again. This is also the first Spriggan in this rate to receive full marks. As for me, I gave her a solid 9,5.

Let's be honest, is it really that unrealistic to give Dimaria full marks? August has the hype, yes, but Dimaria has the feats. If the creator himself never stated August to be the strongest amongst the twelve, I'm fairly sure that she'd end up getting many more 10's here. And it's nothing to be ashamed of, Age Seal is just fucking insane. The ability to stop time itself; stopping world's movements. This magic lived up to Dimaria's own created hype for quite a while, being put down as the "ultimate magic". But oh well, we all kinda lost it when E.N.D. somehow managed to walk through it. No solid explanation was given; the scenario only happened to show off E.N.D.'s power level. Such a waste, but whatever. It's Natsu after all. This is the reason why I couldn't afford myself to give full marks. Oh, and the fact that August is still canonly superior to her of course.

Aside of Age Seal, Dimaria is capable of using a lot different time-related spells. For example Age Scratch, a spell that makes an opponent suffer from all the pain he or she has felt in life (my lord she must be Erza's nightmare). Another nice one are her lazer beams, which apparently move faster than.. Time? Or even faster? Well I don't know, I do know that Carla couldn't even keep up with them while using Precognition. All by all, this women has an incredible asset of feats. Not that surprising though, she took over a freaking god after all. She is a freaking god after all.

Yeah, it's not a surprise that she's superior to all the Spriggans that are below her in this rate. She's a league on her own. Yet she didn't get praised by the writer for that all, she ended up getting the same treatment as any other Spriggan bar the top three. Did she became too powerful without him noticing? We'll never know. Who cares at the moment anyway, just bow down for this god already.

Can probably guess who's gonna go now though. Larcade, then Eileen, then August. I would be extremely surprised if the order is different. I suppose the voting period was during Eileen's initial hyped dragon transformation chapter so theres a chance August comes 2nd, but i doubt it.

Should've voted but I was too busy. Can't believe any would actually rank Larcade above DiMaria. It's pretty funny how people took statements as god for Larcade who has past trash feats, but then turn around and say August would low diff Irene based from "feats". Really mind boggled about that.

Only this forum would place him above timestop despite getting beat by Sting, the guy Natsu soloed along with his buddy who's as powerful as him. DiMaria oneshotted a S12 while Larcade got taken out by Sting who didn't even know how to control his power

Thank God Larcade didn't come in 4th, let's go against what the manga tells us we don't like Larcade, got it. Might as well reveal the top 3 all together fam. It's gonna be Larcade > Irene > August. Anything other than that would be a surprise. Dimaria is bae, Age Seal is top 3 most hax magic in FT, Chronos is amazing. She could of been MVP of 2016 if her "fight" with END was shown.

One thing though, this ranking confirms the North S12 team was indeed the best one. Just too much godlyness it in, the combo itself is just dope.
