Although I don't think he should be above Kyoka, I'm glad he got this far. To be honest, Bluenote could have been used so much better, especially given how cool and versatile his magic is.

Bluenote is pretty strong, he is hades right hand man and 2nd strongest in grimvoire heart and has a cool magic. But ihere he should at best be no. 6 behind seilah and kyouka.

Funny this Must seem like "F*** You" to @Jean Grey (Referring to your Shitnote Train that went on for over 10 Eliminations)
I really don't see how Bluenote wouldn't be in the Top 10,sure wether he is above or below Kyouka is arguably but going Pre 1 Year and Pre 7 Year Timeskips Bluenote easily ranks as one of the Highest Level Mages the series had and even at the Point of Tartaros i thought he is still at the Demons level at least.
And honestly if he wasn't that Dangerous then it wouldnt have been mentioned that only Hades can order him around,that being said i know Statements mean nothing if there are no Feats to back them but still he fought Gildarts and gave him a Match before he got his Magic back not sure but if he had wanted to i think he could've ended Gildarts with his "Black Hole"-Spell.
That's just me though.

Hades may have devil's heart but mard geer has a strong move named memonti mori which can send hades to other world. So safe to say mard should be no. 1 and hades no 2.

This would be indeed the Case if we would go by actual Feats in this Rating,which we can safely say after certain Eliminations most Members weren't.
Some of them really were not understandable for me,regardless your Conclusion would indeed be the Right One if we were going by Feats like i said.
It was a Ranking made by the Members own Estimations about the Dark Mages, Powers and Skills hence why i said so,i did say though that i can see either of them at the No.1

Ah yes, the father of Gray Fullbuster. SIlver Fullbuster died in X774 along with his wife, Mika, but was then resurrected by Keyes, serving as a test subject for his experiments. This ice devil slayer is the most normal looking member of the 9 demon gates because, well…being the father of a human and all, he’s not really a demon from the book of Zeref like the rest of his “comrades”. Like other Slayer magic, it allows Silver to consume external sources of ice to enhance his own power and regain stamina while at the same time granting him immunity to said element. With a simple swipe of his arm, this Devil slayer has been shown instantly freezing formidable mages such as Natsu Dragneel and vast landscapes solid with the same ease; his mastery over such form of Magic is enough to single-handedly encase in ice the entire Sun Village and its Eternal Flame, holding the remaining spirit of the Fire Dragon Atlas Flame.

Long story short: This magic is pretty stronk and COOL (yeah, I hate myself too)

I don't understand how can people give 10 points to anybody not Hades\Mard? Are they really thinking Hades or Mard equal or even weaker than Silver, Kyoka or another person with 10 points? We have only one choice for 11 points, so if someone give 10 points to Silver, Kyoka or Ultear, then he must give 10 points and to Hades\Mard, that makes one of them equal to fodders (comparing with those two).
