Could be wrong, because it's a super low quality image. But to me whatever he's holding looks like it covers his fingers while holding on to the handle.
If you zoom in the handle looks like it goes above his fingers and it cuts off his undershirt.
Not going to say that it's not a ping pong series, but it definitely looks like a weird ping pong paddle is that's what it is

Yeah. I don't know what he's holding. But the handle definitely doesn't look like a Ping Pong paddle.

Why would editors throw something in the magazine, besides a oneshot, if they don't think there is any potential for even a modest hit? There is cutthroat competition for a chance to be serialized in the magazine nevermind surviving. I don't think editors want to destroy their young mangaka mentally.

If it's actually Seven Seas who acquires the title (along with World's End Harem), then these "Amazon leak" aren't new. In fact they are 100% accurate. All chapters of Yuragi except the most recent ones were removed from Batoto. I think its definitely been licensed now. unless it's a mistake or something
