5Toubun made them change their plans . Festa is probably a more realistic time when we could see an announcement for it. But at the same time, Nisekoi had its announcement at chapter 76. Bokuben has 74 chapters.

He said Shima didn't say anything like that, but he did say he too agreed with Oda's work ethic about constantly working until you literally need to be hospitalized. So yeah, he's definitely going to be returning eventually.
