City Hunter didn't have any?
Boner jokes galore but nobody shagged. City Hunter much like Cobra were mucho manga filled with beautiful women and lots of innuendos but no one did the dirty deed since it was for kids. BASTARD!!! was probably the first Jump manga to have a (fully clothed) sex scene and whatever wasn't shown was HEAVILY implied since it was no secret that DS wanted to bone Yoko and of course this became enough of a problem to make Shuiesha have Hagi censor it on many occasions until he moved the series to Super Jump and finally to Ultra where it became a full-fledged seinen. Then theres Kimura Orange Road which actually did have a sex scene between the leads....in a movie....that came years after the manga completed and everyone hated it.

There was the Mayuri reviving Nemu which strongly hinted he did something to her that was very sexual.

"What is considered to be a natural success to begin with?"
About the sales, the whole manga market has had a big decline in sales. New series are struggling more and more to take off and we can definitely see this with WSJ as well. It's not just Jump that is struggling to get new manga that sell over 100k. Most magazines seem to struggle to even find something that can sell about 5k consistently, most of them are doing even worse in that regard. I feel like we'll see a lot of magazines disappear in the upcoming years as they'll struggle more and more to stay afloat.
My opinion is that it's also to do with the quality of a series. MHA, TPN have not struggled at all to be really popular. They were successes right off the bat. Yeah, promotions here and there helped push the sales past certain milestones but the quality these 2 series in particular have shown among the newbies in the last 5 years have clearly set them apart which shows in their popularity. AC didn't struggle to take off either and that wasn't that long ago either.
I mean look at every other series that has struggled to reach 100k. We here in this very forum are often mixed about said series. So many here don't like Dr. Stone or can find multiple flaws with it. BC also was very slow but it did fairly ok compared to the rest of the field, around the same lines of WT. KnY is a great series but not everyone is on board with that. Jujutsu isn't anything special. I'm not surprised it's a 30k seller as of yet. It's just on average a better series than most new ones that have come out.
I dunno, my opinion is that you can't just blame the manga industry for the lack of sales. Lack of quality series contribute to said falling sales. It's probably because it's become so oversaturated that nothing feels FRESH anymore.

There's lot's of people that dislike MHA and Assassination Classroom and point out flaws (be them actual legit flaws or just "mah ship isn't canon!" pretty regularly though. TPN I don't see as much, although it had quite a bit during the transition of the 1st and 2nd major arcs.

How would one define "feeling fresh" the way I see it that term of phrase is mostly a subjective term, one persons fresh may be another's already been done. Also quality has always been and forever will be subjective so there is no point trying to argue the quality of a series. As a business decision it makes sense to axe a series when the majority of the fan base isn't jelling with the series but that doesn't make it bad just not profitable to their business model.

Can’t read Japanese, but do you have any opinions on it?
I didn't read it either, skimming through it's just another comedy/fantasy

the interesting thing to me is the characters designs, they look like something out of Oumagadoki Zoo

if you didn't know who was the artist and I showed you this, who will you guess is the artist?

Speaking of Bleach
Oh yeah, this as well. Completely forgot about it.
Then again, Kubo did draw a naked Masaki as well in the last arc. He clearly didn't care for what WSJ thought. xD

Quality will of course be subjective (to a limit). But are you telling me that MHA and TPN got the same reception as Dr. Stone or BC or Jujutsu when they just came out? The answer to that is no. Yeah, some obviously disliked it. No series will truly be 100% liked. Despite it's vast popularity, there are a lot of people who don't like One Piece. BUT, the majority matters. The majority who take the effort to read a series matters. Their first impression matters. Whether it be from the cover and lead CP or from the first chapter, it matters.
And it's clear the problem that a lot of the newbies seem to have is that they are very divisive and can't seem to grab a hold of the majority. The majority to which that series is not a quality series or just not something they are into.
My point was, we can't just blame it on the "decline" of the manga industry. They are related. Lack of quality series that readers want also contributes to the falling sales. The "manga" market wont' do well if the "manga" don't get readers in.

Imo it doesn’t quite look like Horikoshi, but doesn’t look like Moue’s past work( based on this image).
This image reminds me more of Dr.Stone.

By a lot of the character designs in here looks like Moue designs in my opinion.
The protagonist looks kind of like the Galaxy Gangs protagonist. And the fairy looks kind of like the alien girl in Galaxy Gangs

Okay, so the one shot was amazing and hilarious.
A summary of it :
The story starts by telling you that the demon king was defeated, skies have cleared, and peace have returned... But for some reason everyone forgot who the hero that defeated the demon king is.
It then moves a few years after the defeat of the demon king where it shows a man called "Palco" applying for a job, and when asked on why he has 5 empty years on his CV he answers that he was on an adventure to defeat the demon king. of-course the shop owner doesn't believe him and kicks him out. Palco then becomes really mad and confused on why no one remembers him even tho he actually did defeat the demon king.

They even show you pictures of the country's princess and Palco's mother before and after the defeat of the demon king. The Princess promised to marry him if he defeated the DK but after he defeated him she doesn't recognize him and thinks he is a disgusting person going after her. Palco's mother used to keep encouraging him that he can defeat the DK, but after he defeated him she started wondering on why he turned into such a neet. Palco explains that the reason why he is a neet and can't find a job is because while his friends were studying, working, and building their families, he was training hard, creating rivals and friends during his fights with the demons, saving the princess from the demon king and finally defeating him.

He then meets his childhood friend in the streets where he finds that she got married and has children and she told him that he should stop being a neet and stop making his mother worried. He then remembers when they were both little kids where she used to promise him that she would marry the "hero Palco" but of-course she doesn't remember that.

So because of all what's happening, Palco becomes an absolute lunatic in despair (you can see from his crazy face in the double page) and decides to destroy this world that he saved because of how cold it is treating him. But, before he actually attacks he wakes back to his senses and starts worrying that he was actually gonna destroy the world he saved. At that moment a fairy (who's a bitch btw) shows up infront of him (and they seem to know each other from the time of his adventures). She tells him that the demon king that he defeated was actually the previous hero before him, and that he turned evil after the whole world forgot about him when he defeated the previous demon lord.
She tells him that in order for him to not become a demon king he has to start living a normal person's life, which includes finding a job, finding someone he loves and so on...

They find a girl in the street and the fairy tells him that this is his chance and he should try talking to her, Palco thinks it's such an easy task since he has already done that multiple times before with the princess, his childhood friend and other girls. But he realizes that this time he is speaking to a girl without the status of a hero, so he feels the pressure and is suffering to bring out words. While he is trying to talk to her, some bandits come and steal her, so Palco and the fairy see that as a chance (to save her and make her fall for him). He then saves the girl (in a hilarious way) and while she is thanking him he notices that she has a wedding ring on her hand so he gets depressed again, but she calls him back and gets him a job at her father's farm where he could use his superhuman strength. At the last page they show you that the girl's little sister is acting all tsundere towards him and the chapter ends with "The hero's adventure is not over yet..."

Okay, that was a long piece of writing.
Oh btw for whoever is interested, the title of the one shot reads "Yuusha no sono ato o shitteruka ?" which roughly translates to "Do you know the aftermath of the hero?"
