Was I"s last Jump manga with tons of sex implications?

Boner jokes galore but nobody shagged. City Hunter much like Cobra were mucho manga filled with beautiful women and lots of innuendos but no one did the dirty deed since it was for kids. BASTARD!!! was probably the first Jump manga to have a (fully clothed) sex scene and whatever wasn't shown was HEAVILY implied since it was no secret that DS wanted to bone Yoko and of course this became enough of a problem to make Shuiesha have Hagi censor it on many occasions until he moved the series to Super Jump and finally to Ultra where it became a full-fledged seinen. Then theres Kimura Orange Road which actually did have a sex scene between the leads....in a movie....that came years after the manga completed and everyone hated it.City Hunter didn't have any?
Come on. We all know Naruto and Sasuke porked
My opinion is that it's also to do with the quality of a series. MHA, TPN have not struggled at all to be really popular. They were successes right off the bat. Yeah, promotions here and there helped push the sales past certain milestones but the quality these 2 series in particular have shown among the newbies in the last 5 years have clearly set them apart which shows in their popularity. AC didn't struggle to take off either and that wasn't that long ago either."What is considered to be a natural success to begin with?"
About the sales, the whole manga market has had a big decline in sales. New series are struggling more and more to take off and we can definitely see this with WSJ as well. It's not just Jump that is struggling to get new manga that sell over 100k. Most magazines seem to struggle to even find something that can sell about 5k consistently, most of them are doing even worse in that regard. I feel like we'll see a lot of magazines disappear in the upcoming years as they'll struggle more and more to stay afloat.
There's lot's of people that dislike MHA and Assassination Classroom and point out flaws (be them actual legit flaws or just "mah ship isn't canon!" pretty regularly though. TPN I don't see as much, although it had quite a bit during the transition of the 1st and 2nd major arcs.I mean look at every other series that has struggled to reach 100k. We here in this very forum are often mixed about said series. So many here don't like Dr. Stone or can find multiple flaws with it. BC also was very slow but it did fairly ok compared to the rest of the field, around the same lines of WT. KnY is a great series but not everyone is on board with that. Jujutsu isn't anything special. I'm not surprised it's a 30k seller as of yet. It's just on average a better series than most new ones that have come out.
I dunno, my opinion is that you can't just blame the manga industry for the lack of sales. Lack of quality series contribute to said falling sales. It's probably because it's become so oversaturated that nothing feels FRESH anymore.
Speaking of BleachThere was the Mayuri reviving Nemu which strongly hinted he did something to her that was very sexual.
Can’t read Japanese, but do you have any opinions on it?
How would one define "feeling fresh" the way I see it that term of phrase is mostly a subjective term, one persons fresh may be another's already been done. Also quality has always been and forever will be subjective so there is no point trying to argue the quality of a series. As a business decision it makes sense to axe a series when the majority of the fan base isn't jelling with the series but that doesn't make it bad just not profitable to their business model. There was the Mayuri reviving Nemu which strongly hinted he did something to her that was very sexual.

Quality will of course be subjective (to a limit). But are you telling me that MHA and TPN got the same reception as Dr. Stone or BC or Jujutsu when they just came out? The answer to that is no. Yeah, some obviously disliked it. No series will truly be 100% liked. Despite it's vast popularity, there are a lot of people who don't like One Piece. BUT, the majority matters. The majority who take the effort to read a series matters. Their first impression matters. Whether it be from the cover and lead CP or from the first chapter, it matters. How would one define "feeling fresh" the way I see it that term of phrase is mostly a subjective term, one persons fresh may be another's already been done. Imo it doesn’t quite look like Horikoshi, but doesn’t look like Moue’s past work( based on this image).I didn't read it either, skimming through it's just another comedy/fantasy
the interesting thing to me is the characters designs, they look like something out of Oumagadoki Zoo
if you didn't know who was the artist and I showed you this, who will you guess is the artist?
