Its initial print. And Shueisha already know what will be initial print of 20th volume. This number (17 000 000) also, logicaly, contains reprints planned for this month and 12 September of old volumes.

Its unknown if this september reprint includes Heroaca's current 17 million total as its after volume 20 is released. Its possible we'll get another update sometime in september. Sumou getting an all volume reprint is expected and future reprints depend on how the series does. Jigokuraku is also doing great.

Heroaca volume has been pushed back to December. This possibly means that overall series totals for the yearly oricon will either be lower or around the same amount as last year as only volumes 17, 18,19,20 are counted with some of 16 and the rest being backlog. Jigokuraku has also been pushed back.
