Like many long running manga who hit their peak and are on the downward trajectory. HxH has actually been one of the most stable ones.
The advent and increasing prevalence of the importance of digital manga sells strongly suggests and highly implies that this downward trajectory that people believe in is not supported by evidence, its a mere extrapolation based only on outdated information on only one segment of the industry.

BLack Clover is already at 10-12 mln though. Doubling is easily doable.
I mean, not yet, you yourself just said the current number a while ago
but that is just print numbers, I dont think they've divulged print + digital numbers, so I was only applying our 60-80% digital rule we all agreed upon.

Black Clover is at 6.8 million, it is already so much if at the end of the year it will reach 7, considering that it was more or less the figure of Reborn in its third year of publishing.
first, unless we got hard digital numbers we are not taking them into account
if we get (even the lowest urgency tier ) reprint before the end of the year we will cross 7M, if not definitely by the next volume (but that is obvious )
