Shishunki Renaissance David-kun is one of those things you didn't know you wanted to exist until you come across it. After that you're thankful for the wonders of Japan and Weekly Shonen Jump.

I'll be more thankful once (if) the first volume sells well enough to have it stick around. I'll be pretty bummed if Jimoto ga Japan manages to outsell it

After all of the cancerous responses to Horikoshi's character writing in the previous arc, seeing Endeavor at 8th place makes me so happy.

It's also pretty telling though that there's only 1 female in the top 10.

That most of the voters in Jump are girls who vote for their favorite guy?
If you look at Crunchyroll's poll there are far more votes for female characters.

Oh good. I read the first 3 chapters my literal reaction was "Why are people praising this so much!? It's bland and generic AF with a slight twist". Guess I'll keep reading.

If anything, I'll fucking miss the amazing color pages once this series ends. The art and colors go so well together.

I kinda want her to do one color page for One Piece. I feel like her use of colors would just make the characters seem more alive and adventurous

it's being scanlated which makes it more accessible, just another manga that uses harems and fetishes as a hook
in only 11 chapters the mangaka has already introduced 2 female characters with bro-con fetish
it has the same fanbase that finds Yuuna's """comedy""" funny
